    So one way or another Diego gets a reprieve. The judge can’t in good conscience give custody to Calvin with perv charges pending. Ideally, he’ll have to delay his decision until Calvin’s trial is over. If he was planning on ruling in Diego’s favor. The reprieve is likely permanent. Run the end credits.
