    Natasha is nasty and vicious but totally not strategic. More of Nathan soon. He's still happily working in Adelaide.

    Martin, Benjamin and Justin need to continue to not be intimidated. You are right that with Benjamin and Justin living with him, they will notice things about Martin and the family company. Justin particularly, will be joining the dots.

    I suspect it will be hard for her to further alienate Benjamin, even though she hasn't finished. Both Noah and Maria will appear during this story.

    Natasha is not above using her children as a weapon against Martin. Martin has the resources he needs to fight back.

    Natasha is a teacher at an unnamed Christian School which is not the school that Benjamin, Maria and Noah attend. The incident does show how someone who is assertive and works in a responsible position can claim a level of power and authority they do not have. For good reasons the law protects people making child abuse notifications from being identified and from criminal or civil prosecution. Unfortunately this also protects people making malicious notifications. So far Natasha's attempts to exert control and cause trouble have been thwarted. Unfortunately she hasn't finished.

    The next morning Martin took Benjamin to school to make the necessary, and he thought, simple administrative changes. The principal was not sure he could approve these changes even after a short phone conversation with Simon. Martin found the whole process frustrating.     Kieran's mother is keen to re-introduce some family traditions. While keeping traditions is valuable, it is necessary for them to change with the experiences and attitudes of newer generations. I'm with Kieran's mother and her openness to change.

    Jack becoming a wolf was hinted back in Chapter 28: Jack stopped for a moment. He did have tiny claws. And his hands weren’t exactly the way he remembered them. They were kind of hairy, and hairy was the exact opposite of what Jack was, aka hairless Now both of them have changed, although Vee not clearly one of Theo's pack. The Oak 'Wisdom' Tree complete with it's healing leaves and serpent like creature, nehesh, (but fortunately no apples) is still out there and hopefully will again offer help.

    Very good points from your desk @drsawzall. Natasha wouldn't believe she lives in a glass house, maybe apart from the adultery, which she would prefer everyone to ignore. And as you indicate the divorce is finalized. They are no longer married. A money grab could be high on the cards although it would face the legal and financial resources Martin has to defend it.

    True to some extent but unfortunately that shielding can create problems much later in life including PTSD. Care of young minds is important.

    Martin is very happy to have three children, two of whom are close to being adults. Martin is reluctant to disclose much about his status/wealth but information is going to leak out, and yes extortion is a possibility.

    I like! Natasha doesn't see herself as a predator, just someone who needs to control because right is on her side. We all know people like that. 😉

    Charlie is experiencing Sydney from Bondi to Newtown. Interesting variety. First visit to a gay venue with a quality drag show is potentially overwhelming but unforgettable. Charlie is lucky to have supportive guides.
