Nice Try Tim, the threat of anarchy has been tried before (without success). Since we just got TLW Ch27 part 1 on Thursday, I suspect we won't see anything else for at least a week or so (gulp, or maybe longer).

I'm with Kitty on this one. Nicky was a big part of Owen's life and one way or another there will be closure between them. Although Owen fears that Nicky abandoned him, I believe he holds out hope that Nicky will still be friends with him. I believe Owen wants to let Nicky know "Hey, I'm gay, I'm happy, and I have an awesome boyfriend. Knowing all that, if you can accept me as I am, do you want to still be friends?" I believe Owen hopes that they can still be friends but knows it's possible that they won't. He won't know though until he comes clean with Nicky and lays everything out on the table (similar to what happened between Owen and Adam). Here's a question...Do you think that Anna was with Nicky at the drive-in when Owen ran into Nicky? Or do you think that Nicky had already dumped Anna for what she did to Owen? My money is on Nicky being an honerable guy and will still want to be friends with Owen. Vic the Domaholic

Thanks Dom for a great chapter! I can't believe that this story is still getting better as we go!! I'm not going to comment as I still have to re-read it a few more times (we can over analyze this one over the coming days ), but thanks again for sharing. Patrick, Dom is currently working on a couple chapters of 'The Log Way', so it may be a while before he gets to Desert Dropping. He could surprise us (if his creative juices inspired him to write DD in between TLW), but you'll probably see a couple chapters of TLW before you see a new Chapter of DD. Excellent analysis Rigel! I would however have to respectfully disagree that the Domaholic's want to influence future story plots. We have fun trying to predict what may happen, but I don't think most of us want to actually influence where Dom's stories go. At least from my experience, our discussions on plot are more an excuse for us to communicate and commiserate with fellow fans while we both patiently and impatiently await the next 'fix'. Unlike you & Val, I am waiting patiently for our next fix Vic the Domaholic
