In anticipation of TLW Ch 27, I went back and read Ch 26 and we were left off where Ben was going to tell Owen what happened between Dennis and Ben. Anyone have any guesses or predictions as to what happened? My guess is that Dennis and Ben were friends at one point but Dennis' family didn't like that. Ben as we know is a little 'nellie' and Dennis' dad and brother didn't like their friendship one bit. I bet Dennis' brother was the one who put Ben in the hospital. Leo & Ben hate Dennis because Dennis probably didn't tell the truth about who beat up Ben. I don't think Dennis is gay, but I do think his family keeps such a tight grip on Dennis because they worry that someone might turn Dennis gay. Just some guesses (nothing I would bet the first born on). Vic the Domaholic

Eddie deserves a break too. He's having a hard enough time trying to get his son to like him. Now he has to come out to Rory? If I were Eddie, I'd be afraid my own son would reject me and call me a fag. That would not be something I would look forward too. Rory has so many reasons why he wants to leave after the end of the summer, if he were also straight, that would probably seal the deal for him leaving (what straight 16yo would want to live with 3 homo's?). Yes, Eddie is an adult, but adults fear rejection too. Also, think about Rory's history. Eddie is probably a little scared as to how Rory will react to finding out that Luke, Eddie, and Jase are all gay. He'll probably take off running again and might end up sitting on something worse than a cactus. Vic P.S. - I think Rory deserves a break too. The only one that needs to be crucified is Aaron.

Dan, I don't think you need sub-forums. The reason it was done in Domsville was because there were multiple authors being represented there. Since Dan is just one guy (and with all his stories and postings, there's got to be two of him), I don't hink Danopolis needs it. Vic

I'm a hopeless Romantic too and can't wait for Davey and Brian to reunite. While Davey gets to play superhero -- saving the world, fighting evil--he doesn't get to come home to his loving Brian (yet). I remember in the early chapters of DOR feeling terrible while Davey had to cry himself to sleep missing Brian or when he saw Brian at the Hospital wanting to visit uncle Bill. Knowing that the two of them had an awesome time together in DO, I can't help but be anxious with what will happen to them in this lifetime. Will they get back together? Will their love be as strong as it was before? Only Dan and Emoe know at this point

CHAPTER 8!!! ARE YOU FRIGGIN KIDDING ME!!!!!!!! ARGHHHHH!!!! Don't read on if you haven't read 8.... So Rory opens the package, and while we find out about part of what's inside, there are still more secrets!!!! More unknowns! What's in Eddie's letter, what's in the birthday present box. Figures, a box within a box! Since I'm a pessimist, this is definitely a case of 'glass half empty'. And of course a cliffy at the end. Actually, I'm glad it is going to come to a head. While reading the chapter, I assumed that Rory wasn't going to tell them he knew that they were all gay. Thank goodness for Jase!!! ARGGGHHHH AGAIN!!!! I hate this!!!!
