Five hours... please, your not allowed to get mad until this group keeps you up and you only get under 3 hours one night. I hate to agree with Bardie ( ), but you actually have to not sleep and call in sick the next day before you can complain. Come back when you are really addicted

James, Whooo Hooo!!! If you are hurtin' that means its a workin'! Usually, the pain comes to the muscles two days after you work out that muscle group. If you are hurting now, you'll probably be hurting worse in the coming days . As others have mention, as you work out more consistently, you won't hurt as much. Since I work out regularly, I don't usually get muscle aches. The only time it happens now is when I skip a couple days (or more). The first workout usually brings about the pain (and some say delight ). Keep up the good work! Vic

Nicky, I've always liked you ever since you posted that comment about Dom being such a good writer that he could write a gay story about two sticks . And while I don't always agree with many of the members here (as I'm sure they don't always agree with me), on the things that matter I've found a tremendous amount of support from a wide variety of members. Nicky, One other thing you may want to consider. In your blog settings you can prevent 'guests' from reading your blog as well as posting to your blog. I 'unchecked' both of those options so that non members couldn't see or post to mine. The settings are: - Allow guests to view your Blog? - Allow guests to post comments in your Blog? Take Care, Vic

Hey Green, I'm sorry for what's happening to you, but....This is just too funny!!!!! As we've seen with the Soapbox, it's best not to get into an escalation war with a youngster. They usually have no conscious and will keep going until it goes to far. Did the father say that only one of the little devils will be going to military school? That still leaves two more .
