  1. Dion, with or without the Belmonts?
  2. I like noodles. Well, it could be a number of people. Probably somewhere in the hundreds. Thanks.
  3. As most of you know, there was a concerted effort to neg my rep a while back, and you all have just been awesome, driving that back up to where it was and beyond. Now I realize I'm not the most popular person around here, but the one thing that does bother me is when my stories themselves get negged. I started re-formatting Be Rad and found that some of the chapters had negative ratings, the star ratings were low, and even CAP (the overall story) had a neg. Unfortunately, I can't plus-up my own stories, so if you see a negative, do me a favor and offset it (unless you hated the chapter). I know not all the chapters are good, but some are, and when those get a neg, it's just someone being petty. Rather than try to have the moderators launch a witch hunt to find out who's doing it, I'd rather just handle this internally, if you guys are willing. Thanks so much!
  4. Thanks! I've got to say that this has been an interesting story to write. It seems like just when I should end it, there's something else I need to cover. I'm working on Chapter 70 now, and it's not the last one. (Of course, that meant I got to do a Chapter 69. ) I'm glad you're enjoying it.
  5. I've finished "The Land Whore" and now I'm on to Be Rad. What I'll be doing is changing the formatting, and probably not much else. I'll be coming back to this story later and editing the chapters, as it's been one of my objectives, but for now when you see changes, that's what they'll be. You shouldn't get any other notices on "The Land Whore" unless I've found an error.
  6. Chapter 60 is now posted!

    Chapter 60

February 11, 2000 “I’ve got a phone call to make,” I told them. Robbie gave me a slight nod to acknowledge my exit, while the others ignored me. I went to the back of the plane where there was a small desk and called Cody. The line clicked a lot until it finally rang his number. I was actually kind of surprised when he answered; I figured he’d be busy. “Hey there hot stuff,” he said as soon as he realized it was me. He sounded like his typical sexy self. “Hey there. I

    Chapter 40

    I'm glad you liked it. I haven't planned a Calvert-Granger reunion...yet.
  9. For those of you who clicked on the "like" button on my stories, you'll be getting some notifications in the near future that they've been edited. I'm starting with The Land Whore. Most of this will just be formatting changes, but there may be some inconsistencies I'll fix. In any event, that's what's going on. IF YOU FIND ANY TYPOS OR ERRORS, POST THEM HERE AND I'LL FIX THEM (IF I CAN).
  10. Just one of the many reasons why I love the Dutch. Unfortunately, we've only managed to re-edit BeRad through chapter 12, so 14 is still in its original format. Make sure that if you read BeRad, CAP, or ManInMotion, you read them on GA Stories or the Yahoo Group, and not on my site here at GA.
  11. The classic actions of a despot. When things go really bad, fire the underlings and change nothing.
  12. If only I were a 25 year old red head.
  13. Now let's be fair. He's the new improved Brad.
  14. He's a post captain...that wouldn't happen to him. At that level, punishments are different. Usually, if a post captain did something wrong, they'd just put him on the beach and he could draw his "half pay". Officers (Lieutenants-Admirals) drew half of their pay when they weren't employed. It was rare that they were actually stripped of their rank. If it was dire, the usually just shot them.

    Chapter 59

I'm so glad you enjoy them! You'll find BeRad to be much smoother through the first 10 chapters or so due to re-edits, and the same is true with ManInMotion (first 5 chapters). Have to bring new characters so I have lots to work with in the future!

The other stories in the series are much more upbeat.

    Chapter 40

Thanks. I wasn't sure about that, but it worked out alright.

    Chapter 40

Who knows? I don't. I haven't written him off, so to speak, ye.

    Chapter 5

Hmm. This is going to be a sad story for you.
  20. is my favorite comedian.
  21. You think I should kill him off?
  22. I think in an Italian family, it would go more like this. John: "Mom, I need to talk to you." Mom: As she rummages around the kitchen. "What is it?" John. "I like men." Mom: "Well of course you do. You're a friendly boy." John: "No Mom, I like men because I'm gay." Mom: Looks flustered. "Hand me that pan." John: "Did you hear me?" Mom: "Put some water in it. I have to boil the pasta now." John: "Mom?" Mom: "Stir that sauce on the stove. I don't want it to burn." I'll let Sharon weigh in on this one.
  23. That's a really interesting idea. You pulled that character out of the literary closet...something I might do. Dutch women come in all shapes and sizes, just like Dutch men.
  24. I posted a new chapter, finally, and no one says anything?
