Ah. I started writing it, even plotted it out for things I wanted to see happen with some of the characters to flesh them out, and to see what kind of reaction i'd get from some of the other characters. I just realized that I have some homework I need to catch up on. So I have part of it written, and I even have it plotted out, along with ideas for 5 and 6. I just need to finish it. Possibly this week. I'm going to try and speed up the pace of the chapters so you guys aren't waiting for months on end. My only fear if I do this is it won't be Quality fiction if I do that. But, I'm going to give it a shot and we'll see what happens. Linxe

I'm a lot like Nephy. I see pictures in my head and hit on different scenes. Sometimes I use my imagination to see what else is going on, other times I ask myself "What happened that caused this?" sometimes it's a movie, or someone else's works, other days it's my emotion. I started writing The dragon mage story because I was at a point in time where I felt helpless. I can't remember what set me off on Spider Webs. I just felt the need to write something that wasn't as dark as SA, and i was at a point where I couldn't get anywhere with the dragon mage, so I had to drop that story. Alas, I have so many story ideas that not all of them are even getting written out, though many of them have 'began', so to speak. Regards, Linxe T.

In International waters I am assuming that international codes would be used. You have stated that VHF is used most frequently because people are lazy. I am assuming here that Trevor and his woman captain are proper sailors and would use flags as well, mostly because, if Trevor is diving by himself, he'd want that protection for himself so that people would know he's in the water? What if he/people are diving in the US waters, would they not use US code, or do they stick to the International Code as a more recognized form of flags? Now i'm wondering if, on one of Trevors dives...

As an Ex-Sailor, I must confess that I myself used the guide to get the idea of what a catamaran looked. I will probably be referencing it again, due to the fact that I was a sailor on submarines and we didn't have to worry about all them sails and stuff I am curious, though, if you know all the signs and flags you'll be needing for shipboard operations, and I can't wait to see you describe them. I'm not 100% certain, and it is far to late for me to look it up right now, but there are, in the navy, flags used for when their are Diver's in the water. There are also flags and lights we look for on vessels when out at sea that denote what they are or if they're not moving, like fishing lights, I believe there are diver lights and flags they (civilians) have to use as well when out at sea. I will try and find as many references for your perusal on the morrow. I just got done implementing the last of my changes to chapter 3 of SW and am most keen on going to sleep. Tomorrow is going to be a long day. I think the reason I got confused is because, initially, I was for some reason under the impression that he was turning 18, not 17. But I went back and reviewed the evidence and figured out he's 16 turning 17, as stated in chapter 1. This will definitely be interesting because, now that he is NOT a licensed Master (something), I think the lady he has hired to be the figurehead captain is going to end up on whatever adventure he finds himself on. I also think he's going to end up leaving without saying anything to his father about it, and when he survives and comes back, his father and him will reconcile. Now on to something else. If he's only turning 17, why is he moving onto his boat come summer? I'm pretty sure I saw that statement somewhere within the story. His father will still have legal control over Trevor's assets.

I'm confused about something. When is, exactly, Trevor's birthday. In the prologue and chapter 1 his birthday is a few weeks away. In chapter 3 it's a year away. Is he 16, or 16?
