thank you. You've just paid the greatest compliment any writer can receive - at least in my opinion. I write to make people feel. I write characters i hope they can relate to and put them through situations that drag the reader along on a journey. The fact that you went on the journey and it made you stop and think or made you feel something along the way, to me, is the one thing that makes it all worthwhile...well that and the pure satisfaction of writing such a wonderful person.

Thank you. Silver and River are definitely my favourite couple too, although River gets pushed aside I'm afraid by my utter adoration for his lovely boyfriend I'm looking at a painting of him right now and my heart is a flutter. Yeah, so i'm crazy, so what thank you so much for your kind words.

Very much so. I was thinking exactly that. Silver needed closure badly and, I think, so did David's family. When someone goes missing the family go through agony. they can't mourn because they don't know if that person is alive or dead. they wait day by day for them to walk through the door. Sometimes it completely consumes their lives. At least now they know. they can mourn, move on and close that chapter. And they know that whatever he went through, David was loved at the end. -

I don't know why people seem to want poor Faith dead. He's a victim of circumstances, just like Silver, he was just used for a different purpose and indoctrinated with different skills and ethos. On the other hand, no matter what happened to make him such and how lamentable that might be, he is a complete and utter bastard. does he deserve to die? I don't think I'm a judge -

Oh silver is very smart. very very smart. Even when he's ill there's part of him that knows exactly what he wants and isn't prepared to let anything get in his way. -
I'm so sorry. No idea how i missed all these reviews. Thank you so much for taking the time two write so mutch. This is, without doubt my favourite story I've ever written and Silver is my favourite character. I'm totally in love with him and maybe that comes over in the writing. i hope so. Silver is one of those truly special people who keep shining no matter what is done to them. He has hard times ahead and good times too and through it all he keeps shining. River is a good solid stable influence. He might come across as a bit boring now and again but he's always there for Silver and he shines in his own way too. i'm so glad my writing moved you. that's the best compliments anyone could ever give a writer.

Lots of people told me so which is why i totally changed the story to make it so Gabriel may or may not redeem himself. we shall see. thanks for the review

Pasha was furious with himself that he’d allowed this to happen. He should have thought of it before he stepped over the threshold. Had Gabri’el thought about it? Was he aware of what he’d done? More and more Pasha was becoming convinced they’d walked into a trap after all. Together, he and Uzzy were unstoppable but now…. He stood at the side of the bed and looked down. If he allowed himself to be honest, Uzzy looked dead. His skin was cold and had a blue-ish tinge, especially around the mouth.

It's easy to get frustrated with and react against the way someone is behaving and we often don't pause to wonder why. to be fair to alex, the way Kei was behaving was frustrating. I mean for your boyfriend to be two hours late for a date!!! if kei had been a little more honest and, instead of apologizing all the time actually sat down with Alex and explain how he was feeling it might have been different. i don't think alex should beat him up too much over this, but i'm sure he will

thank you. I really appreciate your comments. That's exactly what i was aiming for so I'm really pleased that's how it panned out. I hope I continue to deliver the goods. I've always liked to consider the way people react in extreme situations and also how quickly things, even stressful, awful things, become routing and you can become bored even in high stress situations.

Twisted mind eh? Really? For sure I think this is a situation people get into way too often, when they make assumptions and don't listen to each other and don't admit when things are getting too much for them, and don't talk. People need to talk. although if they talked then our stories would be boring. Thank you so much for the review. it's really well appreciated

Poor Kei felt so alone. Originally I was going to let him go through the whole thing alone, but Alex wouldn't let me. He nagged me day and night until I let him be there for Kei before the surgery. Not that it made that much of a difference really in the great scheme of things. I guess it makes for better reading and certainly the next scene is very sweet. Thank you for continuing to support me

Well, they certainly all go on a wild ride. If anyone's hoping for light hearted fun they can stop reading right now. It's an emotional journey and it gets a lot worse before it starts getting better for all of them. Thank you SO much for the comment
