Anyway, I've had news from down under - Marcus is alive and well! Marcus is currently taking a break from Love On the Rocks (Scott's Story) but is about to start loading a new story on CRVBOY. He hopes to get back to LOTR soon.

Obviously your work must come first @Mark Arbour but I hope you manage to fit in the odd chapter here and there. I'm looking forward to seeing what the reading of the will holds for Granger and what his brother & father will do about it (and what they will think of the King supporting Granger). I'm sure Caroline isn't finished in this story and I expect she thinks that she'll be able to get Granger to change his mind (I'm sure he won't!). I don't know how you manage to keep up the superb quality of this long running saga as well as the continuing tales of Will Schluter and his family. Keep up the great work and hopefully we'll see more from you soon.

Still nothing new as at 19th March. I really hope Marcus is just taking a break and that nothing has happened to him or his famly.

I've heard back from Rob who runs CRVBOY and Marcus is currently not replying to either his or my emails. So hopefully Marcus is okay and we'll get new chapters again soon.

Thanks @Carlos Hazday, I'll give that a go and see if I get any response. I've now tried webmaster@CRVboy.org, wbmaster@CRVboy.org and webmaster@crvboy.org and for all 3 I get the automatic response saying the email address doesn't exist. I'll try Marcus again to see if he's heard anything.

Evening all The story website CRVBOY (crvboy.org) is now a shadow of it's former self - when I first found it many years ago it posted new chapters to many different stories twice (Wed & Sat) a week. Now it's down to one current story and has only updated on Saturday for quite a while. But that current story (which is the 3rd part of a trilogy) hasn't been updated at all for two weeks, and the last update (11th Feb) was only 1 chapter when it's usually two. Even the website weekly update emails have stopped - the last one I received was 14th January. There isn't an email address for the website (that I can see) and I've emailed the author of the current story, Marcus McNally (as I've successfully contacted him before) but haven't had a response. Is anyone else reading this website - are you still receiving the weekly update emails? There are loads of excellent stories on there by some authors who are no longer with us (e.g. Jack Scribe) and at least one who is now one of the best authors on here (@Carlos Hazday) so I'm hoping the website is still going and hasn't been inadvertently abandoned. As @chris191070 says this is very different to what we normally get from the maestro @Carlos Hazday. As usual @Carlos Hazday provides us with a great story & great characters who you can actually imagine in your mind! I won't give the plot away but just to say it all turns out to be a bit fishy!!

C'est magnifique! Haven't read the other comments yet but that was a very amusing diversion while we await the return of @Mrsgnomie @kbois @astone2292to posting their next story. Don't keep us waiting too long!

Great start to the New Year @Carlos Hazday. I think Mr Fanning (senior - to differentiate from his son whom we have yet to meet) is soing to be in a whole heap of do-do with his wife let alone his son and daughter! Will you be posting future chapters on your usual Friday?

Oh, it was great to "see" Terry again - thanks @astone2292for including him. As for Kage - THANKYOU @kbois, this answers at least one of the "loose" ends (i.e. is Kage still "alive" somewhere; is he still looking after Elijah (and Tyler by association); does Kage know some of what is going on in the real world; does Kage know about Ashton & Austin). Wow, Kage is E's Guardian and by winning this bizarre game he gets to carry on in that role (as long as E lives?). Can't wait for the next chapter!!

Whatever I was expecting to have happened to Scoot it certainly wasn't that! Still a great story! Can't believe it's taken me so long to actually get around to finish reading it.

I know I must have read this story a while ago as I've put reactions on all the chapters, but I don't remember when! What an absolutely fantastic story - heart-rendingly tragic and knowing such things still happen today is appalling! A family ripped apart and almost destroyed before we get the HEA that this story deserved. To know that some nations in this world believe you should be put to death just because of who you love is completely wrong. I've read it end-to-end today and I just couldn't stop reading! @Dodgeryou greatly deserve your promtion to Signature Author!

Not necessarily! Much like the entrance to Narnia is not always through the back of that wardrobe! Or The Room of Requirement (Harry Potter) - appears when it is needed. So the entrance to The Korner will be wherever you need it to be.

We definitely need to be able to give more than 5 stars, especially to a story such as this - it's definitely worth at least a TEN! If you haven't read the first story (Spirit Wolves) in this (yet to be completed) trilogy then get the hell away from this part and go and read that one first! (Otherwise most of this story will not make any sense!!) I'm not going to give any plot spoilers but suffice it to say that your emotions will be up and down and all over the place and that's just in Chapter 1!! When you read the chapter comments you'll get to meet The Korner Krew (yes, I'm a member) and you'll soon work out why we exist!! @kbois is having a rest before getting to grips with the final part of this trilogy which won't be posted until it's ready, so you will have a couple of months (at least) to read (or re-read) both Spirit Wolves & Shadow Effect. Don't forget to use the reactions, comment, review & use the recommendations button too! P.S. @Mrsgnomie@astone2292and @Danilo Syrtisall deserve praise for their editing & beta-reading - they join in on the comments too.

Congratulations on your promotion to Promising Author - well deserved! I've just been awarded Grand Master Scribe status so it's been a day for awards! Anyway, this story is really hotting up to the denouement with KH but still some loose ends remain to be cleared up, hopefully in the next chapter, but I suspect some will inevitably carry over in to the next story which will feature our currently very melancholic ex-alpha Caleb.

I think you're probably both right - as the definition I've found is:- "Enya, or Eithne, means “kernel of a nut or seed”, but it may also be related to the name Aidan, meaning “little fire”. But it does depend where you look on the internet!
