XX Book 1 of the ORDER Trilogy XX
Conspiracy, Treason, and Order.

The spectre of the Religious Right moves behind the scenes, reaching out a claw to seize control of the Canadian Government as the world teeters on the very edge of complete disaster. Andrew Carter is running out of time to stop a coup in the shadows as Father's hand closes around the nation, and the Prime Minister in Waiting must be protected at all cost. And for Carter, there is no quarter, no line he won't cross, and no stopping him when it comes to rising to meet the enemy within.

From a less than happy childhood Alex Mason escaped to the army in search of something, but what? With a facility for languages, a ruthless disregard for himself and a definite disposition towards solitude, he was recruited into the Special Forces and subsequently MI6.

His life was, with very few exceptions, empty. Until he met Ben, but Ben was another fleeting encounter, even if the connection between them was instant. Alex had a mission and it was dangerous, duty called, with no time for sentiment.

Greg Danvers, a former London police sergeant now a part-time waiter, tends to his ten-year-old son and his paraplegic father. Forced by poverty and desperation, he becomes a “high-class escort.”

Swept into life as a spy and brushed into The Agency’s path, guided by his handler, Jean de La Fontaine, with the help of the mysterious Nathaniel Worthington, he learns his only chance of safety lies with their help. What begins as a duty to serve his country becomes a need to answer an urgent desire, as Greg finds himself torn between two very different men, in two irreconcilable lives wading through sex, secrecy, and espionage.

A little over a year after graduating from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service, the State department posts CJ Abelló to the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City. CJ, his husband Owen Liston, and their daughter, Elizabeth Liston Abelló, immediately make themselves at home south of the Rio Grande.
Until disaster strikes and their lives are forever altered.
