Life is tough when you're 13, and summer vacation is coming on, and then your best friend moves away. Your very best friend - your boyfriend. For Jesse, it seemed like the end of the world. But Jesse is about to have someone new enter his life - someone quite unlike anyone he has ever met.

Jesse and Marty have become friends, and something more. The speed with which they have come together is a little baffling to them both. But it's summer, school is out, and their adventure together is just beginning.

Jesse and Marty have found each other, and now they are exploring - learning about each other, and enjoying the process. Summer vacation has just started, and time is something they have plenty of to share. But this particular day will bring something new - a meeting, and a new way of seeing, and the realization that others share their wonder and joy - their intimate pleasures - but also their innermost fears. This day will be one they remember forever.

Jesse and Marty are getting to know each other, and their new world together. Neither have ever had a friend quite like the other. It's a voyage of exploration, and both of them are having fun along the way. Fun, and other stuff. Sometimes the other stuff is what it's all about.

Jesse and Marty are still moving along on their voyage of discovery - which just keeps getting bigger, and wilder, and...well, stranger. But that's okay, because they're having fun, and they're learning a lot. And they're together, which has come to mean a lot to both of them. It's about discovery, right?

Jesse and Marty are off on their long-awaited vacation to California. There they will find sun and sand...and a few other things to keep them busy.

Summer is ending, school starting, and the world changing for Jesse and Marty. Their relationship has grown strong, and now they are trying to figure out how to present themselves to others. School introduces some new ideas, new thinking, and teachers that encourage them to expand their horizons. Friendships resume, grow, and lead in new directions.
