Poetry Saga FA2016 - 5. Poem 5: Ghazalyaat - Truth
A Ghazalyaat is not simple to write, when it involved to write about love and its resulted despair. It ripped my heart to write this poem. I hope you guy like it, the poem.
Truth
Devotion in someone's eyes— I could see
but not ever did it fall onto me.
The special gifts being wrapped— I could hear
but none ever were bestowed upon me.
Delightful fragrances near— I could smell
but none ever deigned to embrace me.
Food, selected for couples— I could taste
but not ever was it prepared for me.
Pure love, concerning someone— I could feel
but not ever was that focused on me.
I, Emi, know the blindside of someone—
Or I have forgot the truth about me.
