Def's Scribbles - 2. Chapter 2 - Summer Reminiscence

This poem is totally unedited, so forgive the errors and such..
I hope it's to your liking...

Ohh, those carefree summer days

How I'll miss that summer daze

Heat and passion eyes that glaze

Picnics under willow trees

Angry buzzing bumble bees

Your perfect knobby naked knees

Wild strawberries from your fingers

Dripping juices - mouth that lingers

And damn, all the thoughts it triggers

Steamy sticky summer heat

Open window - fan at our feet

Bodies slamming when they meet

Keening sounds fiery hisses

Smother me with languid kisses

Grant me now all my wishes

Beaded sweat on your body sprung

Salty droplets caught on my tongue

Making lazy love till we were wrung

Those summer days were not in vain

As I listen to the summer rain

I want to do it all again

A big shout out to the folk of MDIC. You made me believe I am better than I am.. ❤️ Thank you..
Thank you, to the ever encouraging tim, and Kitt, for telling me I should put it out here.. xoxo

it's a beautiful poem.   it's yours and you and that's what matters .. not if it's edited or imperfect (and i'm not saying it is, i mean generally)  but to me, if you write poetry.... it is a piece of you. and that can't be wrong.. xoxoo

Thank you tim, for always, always looking out.. I appreciate it so much.
