There was a time when the world seemed so much more innocent and as a child growing up at the same time this story takes place can attest that it was so.

A remarkable, well written series of stories you are sure to enjoy!!

Thanks for writing and sharing this story and the series.  I've read all of them and have enjoyed them very much.  I enjoy reading about Benji's experiences and exploits.  Keep writing and I'll keep reading.

Looking back was never so enjoyable! Nice people, pleasant ideas (for the most part, though there is no pulling any punches), intriguing scenarios, and a sense of goodwill among the characters that's pretty hard to beat. Stories about friendships and loves, not to be missed.

Response from the author:

Thanks for your review, Geron.  I appreciate your support.

A great short story about brotherly love and commitment and a reminder that it's not always blood that makes us family. It also gives us a reminder that not everyone is as they first seem. A great stand-alone story, but it is better appreciated if read in conjunction with the rest of the series.

Response from the author:

Thanks very much for your review, @Mancunian.  I appreciate your encouragement.
