'What if' fantasies resonate in all the LGBT+ community as we reflect of the years we spent coming out in a society fashioned to meet the needs of heterosexuals.  This is a beautiful 'what if' tale I wish we all had shared.  Fortunately, it is more real today than in the world I grew up in during the 1960's.  I can still dream of 'what if' as I read this great story.

I rarely use a comment to write a review but...this one deserves it...

An if only, and what a wonderful idea! While it took place in 1961, we could certainly use it today!!

Sex is an integral part of what we are, such as the color of our eyes or the size of our noses. Why we treat it and education about it as such a mystery, I'll will never know or understand. We'd be a much healthier society if we simply accepted that we are all sexual human beings, removed the stigmas of being different, and treated us as such...
