Alike in Dignity 7. Rothenian Tales

   (2 reviews)
Sub-genres: Drama, General Romance

Rothenia celebrates as Svetlana wins the 2004 Eurovision Song Contest in Kyiv, for that means the Greatest Show on Earth will come to Strelzen in all its camp glory in 2005.  The possibilities for Strelsenermedia IPC are not lost on Will Vincent and his team.  But the Song Contest will come to a divided city, and caught up in the politics are Yuli Lucic, son of the Staroman of Strelzen, and Henry Atwood, who can never let a story go, whatever the distractions.

Hi Mike, are you moving the Rothenia stories in a different direction than what you  published in other sites, or did you just changed the title? I don't remember this one. Best

Hey Sweetlion.  Your memory isn’t faulty.  This is a new story, well new this year.  I’m posting it here in the order it should be.  Hope you enjoy.

Thank you. I haven't been reading your stories here, since I did read most of the peacher series, but I was still paying attention to what you post. So I will read this one now, hope I remember the story line 😁

I’ve read and re-read your Rothenian stories (both modern and historical) and the young Andy/Matt/Terry stories several times on various sites over the years. Each time, the stories have been a delight to read. And they are just as delightful this time around on Gay Authors. Each story has added an additional cast of characters and each character and each story is distinct from previous ones. You’ve never resorted to repackaging; it’s always been new, fully-developed, living, breathing people and new, different plot twists and turns each time around. And so much fun to read!!

And, in my opinion, Mike, you’ve created something truly special in “Alike in Dignity.” The Rothenian teens, individually and as a group, are not at all English, which is quite a feat for an author. What's special is their innocence (even Willem and Bolo) and openness. It's sweet and heart-warming. Thank you for adding this brand-new story to the Rothenian series.
