This is a follow-up to the story Leading the Way in the 2018 Fall Anthology "Fight Back".  

Cyril had left Fred after Fred gave him a violent beating.  With nowhere else to turn, he went to the house of a co-worker, Stuart.  Stuart had noticed bruises on Cyril before and offered to help, and Cyril finally had enough of Fred's beatings and went to stay with Stuart.  However, Cyril wouldn't allow Stuart to take him to the hospital or call the police, so they were left in an uncomfortable true.  You'll have to read this powerful short story to see what happens next.
