Robert, I'm really glad that you're starting to feel better. That hospital you're in sounds way more awesome than every one I've ever spent any time in, and yay for having your own room! I know I'm REALLY far away, but if I can do anything for you or Dan, please let me know... you have my number in case.

Wow... well, um... happy birthday Trebs!

That was a whirlwind of a read. I don't know if I should be congratulating or consoling... I'm going to stick with the 'grats. Mostly 'cause I have no doubt in my mind that you're strong enough to kick this thing's ass, and it looks like you were already well on your way before I ever heard about it.

Keep those of us who are too far away to be there in body updated, as we'll be with you in spirit. I want to hear all about how, much like Vader, you beat the hell out of Leuk while yelling "Who's your Daddy?"

I got a sweater once for my birthday and hated it. It was the worst gift ever...

...Leukemia beats my sweater. (But not by a lot, the thing was hideous. It had a zipper neck. A ZIPPER NECK.)

Just know that you have friends who are there for you, and that in the case of Chemo, the bald look is considered "in". You can totally thank Bruce Willis for that.

You're showing acceptance and bravery when faced with adversity that few men could muster in your place. I know for a fact that I would be a sobbing sissy wreck, so much admiration for you in ways that limited text blocks cannot express.

Oh crap. Now I KNOW why I never let myself get hooked on EQ2 or even played it ever since I got together with him. He almost suckered me into Star Wars Galaxies for a while but I quickly got bored. It's great to see how much support everyone has been giving him, and he deserves every bit of it.
