Question is who can be nominated and who cannot

 

Is it possible to have a list of who can be nominated

I've disbarred myself from having any decision-making role in the awards due to a possible conflict of interest (I'm a writer), so what I'm about to say is only my understanding of the rules, though I'm fairly certain this is what was decided:

 

An author is considered "new" for this if they posted their first story or chapter in 2008.

CJ is correct. The anthology story being nominated would have to be by an author that hadn't previously participated in any antholgies prior to 2008.

 

While we're on the subject of clarification, nominations for eFiction categories are authors not identified as Hosted, Shared, or Promising.
