I loved the last few lines, Dom. Fantastic and perfect. Now, I just hope your epilogue is ridiculously long! I am going to miss Dennis and Travis. Also, is it too much to hope for a conclusion to Aiden and Owen?

LoL. That one I didn't expect. John Gordon himself. Hahah. He's like a man with a toy, and he actually got to use it. He must have pretty big britches or something. LoL.

 

I think that was the epilogue, there in the end where Travis was in his cast and Dennis was working and all that. But we'll see. Who knows.

 

I love you Dom, and i love Travis and Dennis too. My hero's. I wonder how Michael is doing now.

 

God, tomorrow is gonna be busy, I'm gonna totally re-read all of ITFB (I hope I have enough soda), and, I hope we see more closure with Dennis and Ben and Leo, but that's just me, anyways, so, re-read all of ITFB tomorrow, and then re-read WT, and then DD, and then HS, and then finish up my next chapter on my own story, tease Vic and....okay, I'm not sharing the rest of my itinerary, hahah.

 

 

Loved this chapter, even if I didn't get my brawl. But Travis was classic and true to the end.

The only thing that still puzzles me is that in the very first episode Kyle looked as though he was going to play a much more important role then he eventually did.

 

Perhaps Dom had a change of mind or forgot what he was originally going to write.

 

 

Now OK I'm showing my age or something, but is that pronounced as in Kile or if you prefer K -aisle or as in Kylie or Kylie - why do women have to muscle in on boys names and go upsetting the status quo (not sure they still exist, and that really does date me! )

 

Here in Ozland, there is a radio personage whose name is pronounced Kylie but spelt Kyle, I'm so confused.

 

At least Vivian has a definite difference in spelling - awaiting she with the red pen and bushy eyebrows to correct my grandma and spilling!

For those wondering about an epilogue, if you read Dom's announcement on the release of chapter 31, he writes, "Still have the epilogue to go, just haven't punched in the corrections yet." So the epilogue is yet to come, and I can't wait to read it.

 

Wow, this chapter was so much more than I expected. What a great way to wind ITFB to a conclusion! I, too, hope Dom brings some type of closure to the story of Owen and Aiden, even if it's not the reconciliation I think we'd all like to see. Real life isn't perfect and Dom made it clear that Owen f***ed up the relationship. The ball really is in Owen's court, and he doesn't even realize it. We'll all see if and how Dom resolved their situation in the end, soon enough.

I noticed that too, Altimexis. I really do hope the Epilogue settles the issue with Aiden and Owen. They should be together again. They've admitted it. Now they just need to make it happen.

What a great ending! While I'm sad to see ITFB come to an end, I feel like there's been a lot of closure at many levels.

 

Dennis & Travis seem to be settling into a mutually respectful relationship.

 

John & Dennis seem to have a better understanding of each other. Seems like John doesn't have a problem with what Dennis & Travis are doing in the bedroom. This exchange was particularly funny....

“Walking?” John called after him.

“Keeps me sexy,” Travis remarked.

 

And Dennis, Leo, & Ben all seem to be moving forward from the incident of Ben/Lyle.

I've never thought our accent was particularly sexy. I should also add that it changes a lot depending on where you are.

Well, as long as With Trust is finished first. Haha.

Mostly because even in the originals, Taylor and Luke have always been two of my favorite characters (along with Jude and Seth). The Ordinary Us is by far my favorite Dom story anyway with Desert Dropping in a close-ish distant-ish second (but depending on how With Trust ends DD might get replaced ) so Hello Stupid is like a godsend to me .

 

 

Plus, Owen's stupidity is starting to annoy me .

Has he always been this insecure? Because I'm starting to think I'm going to have to go and re-read The Log Way.

I said "maybe," and I really hoped we wouldn't need it. I think the Epilogue took care of it, as I'd hoped, though more eliptically than expected.
