Portugal Legalises same-sex Marriage!

Portugal has legalised same-sex marriage!

 

It is now the sixth country in Europe to leave the UK in the dust to do so, joining Belgium, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, and Sweden, in making this legal.

 

The law, however, doesn't cover adoption rights, so its still got a way to go, but at the very least it's a step in the right direction.

 

It clearly calls for a celebration :music:, while at the same time getting ready to rally for adoption too.
