Every couple of years, this letter bubbles up. It makes me all tingly whenever I read it.

 

This time, it bubbled up via Reddit.

 

Note that I'm not interested in the politics of this, I just think it's a really neat letter and it makes me go "YEAH!!" every time I read it again.
