So I just approved Chapter Six: Full Disclosure

 

My favorite scene is:

 

 

 

The scene where Richard refused to change Simon because he fears for his safety. Once again Richard is willing to put his needs and desires on the back burner. My favorite part with this scene though is the fact that Simon won't let him. Simon understands what Richard's refusal costs him and doesn't allow Richard to put himself second. I love how it shows that they are both thinking of the other first.

I love the scene you mentioned... However, my favourite part is ...

 

 

 

 

He watched multiple emotions flick through Richard’s eyes. He’d seen them all before, but not in such rapid succession. First there was disbelief, followed by love, then by fear, only to be followed with despair, happiness, and then back to disbelief.

The emotions... OMG.. i felt like i could see them and understand exactly why he was showing the emotions... :D

“At least I know you can never hide anything from me,” Simon told him.

You probably thought I had forgotten you, but I promise I didn't... LOL... anyways, my favorite part was:

 

 

 

“You’re always having to save me,” Simon whispered apologetically.

 

“I’ll always save you,” Richard answered and leaned down to press a light kiss to Simon’s trembling lips.

The Love that exudes is just.. just... well.. I dont have words.. i used them up!

Well, to be fair, I fell in love with the characters in Chance Encounters, so...

 

And I can wait to read the third book!

 

Also, I love how the story sometimes tug at my heart and it's a sure sign of good writing.

I really like that same scene that you mentioned... I wanted to make sure it was known that as much as Richard feels for Simon, well, Simon feels just as much. I also wanted to make sure that there was NO doubt as to what Simon wanted and why. I absolutely love these two characters even though I have put them through the wringer throughout this story. I think the more I like a set of characters, the more I put them through, but yet they always manage to come out on top. As far as Everlasting Encounters, I am currently in the planning stage on that, though it won't be started until I am further along with Joined by Blood, mainly because Joined by Blood is already in the posting stage.

Thanks for the post hon!!! I'm so glad that you enjoyed the 2nd book in the Encounters series and I hope you enjoy the 3rd book when it's released as well! Though Deliberate Encounters is one of my favorites of my stories and definitely shows improvement over some of my earlier works, it can still be improved, just like any story (in my opinion).
