in press gang days

Hey Mark, or anyone else

 

I'm going through my grans book collection to see what she had.

 

One of the books is "in press gang days" by edgar pickering. Anyone have an idea how much it is worth or if it is rare?

 

it is illustrated by Stacey, and printed by Blackie and sons. From research is seems it was first published in 1894 - there isn't a date in the book. But in pencil on the back of the cover is some writing which I can't quite make out that does say the date 1894.

 

It certainly seems like it is an interesting book anyway
