Mark Arbour Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 I just wanted to give you all a heads up that I've got a chapter of 9.11 that should be ready to post soon, and a chapter of Odyssey that's in final editing as well. After that, there's not much in the pipeline. For those of you who've been reading my stories for a while, you know this isn't unusual. I have all the headaches of finishing up a semester, and as I write this, I'm out of the country (in Asia). But I did want to keep you posted.
rjo Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 MMM Asia how exitic! Sorry for missing your Birthday, Mark. Hope you had a good one. 1
sandrewn Posted May 27, 2013 Posted May 27, 2013 I'm starting to feel like a crow, cruising the highways looking for road kill (chapters). As you said we know about your slumps. How about based on your past slumps, due to work, family, temporary insanities, etc. That you guesstimate this ones possible length based on the aforementioned reasons. Halve it, inserting the next chapter there. This will stop the circling of most (vultures). I prefer to think of myself as a Condor being fed human remains (its a religious thing). Then we would have and idea/timeframe for the following one. Thanks in advance for any considerations given.
Torontotop Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 Hope you had or are having a great trip! Not sure what parts of Asia you are in but China and Hong Kong are favorite places of mine. That said I am beginning to go through CAP withdrawal any idea of when the next chapter of 9.11 will be posted we are all waiting to hear what happens on the float trip. 1
Kitt Posted June 3, 2013 Posted June 3, 2013 Slumps of this length are not only tolerable but serve to heighten the appreciation of the new chapters. I would hate to see what you would call the length of time some writers take between giving us chapters of stories we have gotten hooked on!
