W_L Posted January 9, 2016 Posted January 9, 2016 (edited) I just had a funny idea for an equation to evaluate proper age dating : Not all of us are lucky enough to find our romantic partners in high school or college, some of us are still "looking". At my age, 28, I am in that Goldilocks zone of twenty-something post graduate. So I am using myself as basis: If you are 28 and below, then the partner would be equal or greater than legal age of 18, but no more than 38 38<=28<=18 39<=29<=19 40<=30<=20 and so on.... A<=g<=B A- Age limit Max g- Your age B- Age limit Min A= g+10 B= g-10 (g+10)<=g<=(g-10) So what do you think? Anyone want to add a corollary to this theorem? Like for each decade beyond 30, you extend the 10 years by 50% Edited January 9, 2016 by W_L 1
