Trouble posting a comment to a story

I finished reading Aditus' story Voli Me Tangere, and when I went to post a comment, I was able to type it into the comment box, but when I clicked on the "add comment" box, nothing happened.  I was able to write a review for the story without a problem, so I don't understand why it wouldn't accept my comment.  Can anyone explain what went wrong?

I confirm there is an error.  It seems isolated to this one chapter.  I've reported it to our programmer.

Myr had the programmer find the solution to the problem.  It has been fixed.
