HEADLINES SAY, WHAT?

A place for headlines of the day (er, moment). Please post a favorite headline of an article from … well, anywhere. You must state the source and the date of the publication of the article. But — and here is the fun part — you can only post a subheading incognito. The fun is in the guessing of just what that headline means and whether you got it: Right; Unequivocally Wrong; or Off the Mark and in that ‘grey’ area where you may think you’re right but you’re unequivocally not — No, not right at all.
