You are such an eloquent, gifted writer. The pain is so realistic and intense in every sentence. Its hard to read; the struggle is so vibrant, but I enjoy every minute. Josh's stuggle with his past is real and I like that Scott is helping him see that the process of forgiving yourself for your mistakes is a long one and can't be talked away in a night, or even a few months. Matt's struggle, though for different reasons, is just as hard to move past and I hope Luc is the one who helps him to do so. I hope he can trust himself enough, and trust in Luc's strength enough, to take a risk despite everyone else's doubts.

Tim flunked. He is back to just eye candy. On a side note, as my lovely sister just reminded me, I am now too old to audition for Idol. F*&$

Well, Vic, would I be a true Domaholic if I hadn't re-read them? I have read TOU 3 times, TLW 3 times, WT twice, ITFB twice (even though its currently (and I say currently because depending on the next 5 chapters, WT might replace it) my favorite), and I am currently thinking I might read DD again. I am still unsure why its so many people's favorite??? I have also only read HS once. DD is going to have to hold me over while we wait for a new WT chapter.

I'll join if it means the next Chapter of Perks will be posted in a MUCH shorter time than the last one...

I have read CJames' work and (very much) enjoyed myself, but, this has a different feel to it. Nevertheless, I am intrigued...

For my wedding rehearsal my sister made me wear a Red Sox hat and my husband had to wear a Yankees hat. Its the only time I've EVER allowed that to happen. We get some pretty funny looks walking places, holding hands when I am wearing my Yanks stuff and he is in his Sox stuff. Our poor son won't know what to do and he will probably end up hating baseball! AND, I don't like the Mets, either!

i read TOU first on a rainy Sunday when my husband had football on all day and my son played in his playroom (I laid on the futon in the room with my computer and left the TV on for him) i finished, made dinner, and started reading TLW I blearily fell asleep sometime while reading ITFB after 5am the alarm went off at 6:15 and I managed to leave the house without packing my poor child a lunch i gave him my lunch and went without so i could continue reading ITFB on my lunch break i finished reading ITFB sometime that night and started DD, but i fell asleep from exhaustion sometime after 2am the next day i left work early because i was so tired, it was making me ill i went home to take a "nap" and ended up reading the rest of DD and HS before my husband came home from work i told my husband i was ill and he cooked dinner and took care of our son while i laid in bed and read WT i was late for work the next morning because i def saw 3 am and i never had taken that nap Of course, Dom's stories introduced my to GA, so this process continued for months while I worked my way through the hosted authors... That was back in October and I still have not gotten back into a normal sleeping pattern.

I only just recently read your original version of Crosscurrents on another site after discovering you were helping to write It Started With Brian. I have the benefit of the entire story being fresh on my mind, however, I am going to start from the beginning and follow along with the updates. Glad to see you here, glad to share your story, and glad to know that in approximately 32 weeks, the prologue's questions will be answered.

Really enjoying the development of Micah's character. I can't wait to get to know a little bit more about Patrick. And Reece. And Patrick and Reece? What could possibly be in the that "dead" building and how long it will take Micah to realize that he is surrounded by people who know he isn't dead inside?
