  1. Just think astringent! Oooor, if you're getting gobsmacked out in the breezy warm sunlight, think California Potato chips.
  2. Well, who wouldn't if they could? I mean even if he's half as good as he writes he's still gotta be one hell of a ride. And why do you think so many people bow before him? You got it, they're living in hopes that bending over will get them used by Mark Arbour too. And being a middle of the sexes liking kinda guy, both sides of the student bod can be made 4.0.

    Chapter 23

Well I have to disagree on some level to the other reviews. Clinton is a young and horny kid. Just as he should be. But perhaps sealing the deal would give him the strength and determination to step away from CJ. And, I don't like Greg. I have a real problem with guys who aren't honest about that crap. He was engaged and didn't even consider Corey's feeling or how it would impact him to find out the way he did. If he had been honest I would have a completely different view of things. At least Clinton told him he didn't know how things would be when CJ got back. That was at least honest. And it was looking like he was really a romantic, buying the bike back was a really romantic thing to do. Not because he had any delusions that he could buy Corey with it but because he saw how losing it hurt the one he cared about. And he even took the chance at the wedding to be seen by CJ as apologizing to Corey. I trust his sincerity far more than Greg who just showed up because his piece of ass gave him the boot. Sorry, but Greg's off the table as far as I can see. I really hope he ends up with Clinton. And I really hope you're cranking out pages instead of sleeping! Like I'm about to do. Sleep that is.

    Chapter 22

Damn, that that was a sweet gesture. And the fact that the keyfob was important was romantic. But won't the bike be recognized by CJ? I'm thinking there is a little trouble brewing right here in river city!

    Chapter 21

Ah . . . well moms are this way. But dad still needs a wake up call. Somehow I think its coming. Now, isn't there a boyfriend that needs to be caught by his parents making out with his new boyfriend?

    Chapter 19

OMG! He's about to be officially out to mom. And just WAIT until dad gets the news. Now all we have to do is fix CJ's wagon. 1 down, 1 to go.

    Chapter 18

Oh Holy shit. Jenny knows about Clinton. God help him if he doesn't stand up to CJ on Corey's behalf. On the other hand, Clinton and Corey seem to be a good match as long as CJ isn't around. I can't WAIT for Corey's dad to find out. He'll blow a heart valve. It couldn't happen to a nicer guy.

    Chapter 17

I'd be taking all the football stuff and chucking it into the trash telling the old man we were done. I wouldn't be at football camp or any other activities with him. Grrrr. I don't know who I dislike more, the Dad or CJ.

    Chapter 16

The term "planned failure" comes to mind. This is not going to be pretty. They only have 4 days. I hope you're writing because I only have a couple chapters left.

    Chapter 15

Oh damn, and Clinton is not a winning choice. We know CJ is coming back. UGH!

    Chapter 14

Sigh, sometimes being right sucks big time.

    Chapter 12

I can see a lot developing. The dog is just going to launch his dad though. *sigh* But I figure the store will get in trouble. Corey will meet a new kid or Clinton will grow a set. Mom will go back to her old job, his dad is a walking heart attack. Time will tell. A great story. Thanks!

    Chapter 11

Corey still has no one. I was glad to see the phone and watch thing was addressed. But it wasn't clinton's issue as much as C.J.'s And he still needs a phone. Not that there is anyone to call. It's a shame that Clinton couldn't grow a set. I guess I'll just have to wait for CJ to get his.

    Chapter 10

Well it sounds like Clinton could be a good match-up if they could just get rid of CJ. But it's nice that they are getting some good alone time together. Perhaps it will cement their friendship at least. I was surprised no mention has been made of the new cell phone or watch and that Rob didn't say anything about the wrist. After all, his dad did talk to the parents.

    Chapter 9

Perhaps Clinton? Oh this could get uglier than it already is.

    Chapter 8

UGH! This sucks. At least mom knows. Dad though! Did I say UGH?

    Chapter 7

Finally! He has an outlet where he can be himself. But the fecal matter will hit the oscillating ventilator tomorrow I'm sure. Hopefully Mom can add and has put things together, because it isn't going to be pretty. A great story. I'm really enjoying it. You're a wonderful writer.

    Chapter 6

Oh crap. He just bailed on Jenny for a guy. A guy she "probably" knows is gay. Oh crap oh crap oh crap! And I'll bet his dad hears about it. Yikes!

    Chapter 14

HA! Loved it. And there was a new language variance as well. I love those. You know, where a word means something completely different in American English and British English. The word Skivvy in American English is a slang term for underwear. Or smalls as they are called in the UK. So if we said, "He was down to his skivvies, it meant he was only wearing his underwear. It was usually applied to briefs. So that one took me a moment as I tried to picture a Star Trek logo on a pair of red briefs! Then, the penny dropped. Bringing James back in was great. Now if he can only get Drew to fall in love with James all over again it can be a good resolution. Let's just hope Drew can see that this straight guy loved him enough to be gay for him. At least in name, if not in game. Sue's going to need a more aggressive bit if she's to be broken, saddled and rode in polite company. (Equestrianly speaking of course.) I love this story and how it's unfolding. I think the twist would be if he turns out to be really gay and perhaps fell in love with Angus himself. After all, you're going to need to hook him up if the story is to have a happy ending. Thanks!
  20. Well how about this, I'll whistle or hum a tune and you can dance for us.

    Chapter 6

I'd like to echo What Sammy Blue said. The brat may have to find a new nickname before long. But I think Dad is going to have a new jersey made tat says "Dad" on it before long. I don't know about Tony though. When he came in he seemed a lot more open and free about his sexuality. He almost had an "I don't give a shit, I am who I am," attitude. Now it's like he's pulling back and becoming more conservative about it. At least that's my perception at the moment. I'm really enjoying the story but I enjoy anything you write. You're just so gifted at weaving the fabric of a story. You are a marsupian writer. By that I mean you've always got something hidden in the pouch that seems to only be realized well into the story. It's a unique talent you have. One that I enjoy immensely. And being an from where you are, it only seems right. OH and by the way, I love the Aussie accent your characters have. :-) Thanks for sharing your gifts.

    Chapter 13

You've certainly given life to that funny phrase, "I'm not gay, but my boyfriend is." But it's not too funny in the reality of this context, is it.

    Chapter 1

Wow! Done as only you can do it. A true fantasy come true. If only it was that easy. Loved it. Thanks. I think you're restoring my faith in you. And not a meteor in sight! Well done Cosmie.
  24. Well with a name like Hornblower he is bound to be, eh?

    Chapter 10

How's that old song go . . . "One is the loneliest number that you'll ever doooo. Two can be as bad one, it's the loneliest number since the number one."
