  3. I like Bananas with my marshmallow creme. I think I could have fun with that if I was writing TOU. Mag
  4. Congrats Dave! I wish you both a lifetime of happiness. Mag

  6. It has always been hard for me to put into words how much my father means to me. He always worked hard to support our family both financially and emotionally. When my sisters and I got in trouble my mother would get angry and lecture us until we finally couldn't take it anymore. We would go to our rooms and my father would come in to talk to us. It was never anger we saw in his eyes, but disappointment. It always hurt us to see him disappointed in us. That always had a greater impact on us than any lecture our mother could give. I was in high school when I began to show my interest in photography. He went out and bought me my first camera. He always encouraged my passion for photography and to this day it his him I think about when I am in the darkroom. When I was planning my wedding I was trying to decide what song to choose for the father/daughter dance I decided Bette Midler's "Wind Beneath my Wings" was the only song I could choose. It expresses exactly how I feel about him. He is truly my hero. Mag
  7. I don't know if I can pick one scene as a favorite. The whole story was great, but If I had to pick I guess I would have to say the part of the story when Owen stood up to Aiden's mom. Becasue of Owen's fear of parents I felt this took a lot of courage on his part. To me it shows just how much love can guide you and give you strength. My favorite character besides Owen would be Ben. Having Ben as support outside of his family helped Owen heal. Even if Owen still has a long way to go. Ben's caring and ability to listen helped Owen start the healing process. Mag
  8. It is my understanding that MJ is in debt up to his eyeballs now. I know he was looking to sell the copyrights to the Beatles songs he bought out from under Paul McCartney. Hmmmm...Poetic Justice. Mag
  9. Val, Thanks that was great. I am sending that to my entire family. My Parents are huge Bill O'Reilly fans. They even bought "The Factor for Kids" for my nephews. I told them it wasn't right to expose their young minds to such garbage. At least they didn't buy them a Rush Limbaugh book. I'm afraid that might be next. Mag
  10. Well I guess it's hard for me to specify since I'm just an ignorant American. Of course the James Bond-ish accent is sexy, but I guess i have to say I do like Scouse too. When I think of a Scouser I can't help but think of John Lennon. I have always loved him. Mag
  11. I am an admitted Domaholic. I even got internet on my cell phone so I could check for updates when I'm away from home. I love all his stories as well as the other authors in his Yahoo group. Christopher Patrick Lydon's Carter Chronicles are great. He is currently working on book 6. They can be found at Crvboy. Crvboy Billy and Danny by Mickey S on Nifty is a great story. It's very long, but a great read. I have read it twice. Billy and Danny I also love everything written by Micheal Phillips and Sara Bell. Parts of their stories are posted on Crvboy, but more chapters are posted in their Yahoo groups.
  12. I am not suprised he was found not guilty. There didn't seem to be very credible evidence he molested any children, but he is not right in the head. I for one would never leave a child alone with him EVER!! Mag
  13. Conner, I love this story. It is funny, sweet, and inspiring. I totally agree with your thought on women, but I may be biased. keep the chapters coming there great. Mag
  14. When it comes to writing I really have no preference, but who can resist a man with a sexy British accent. Since were on the subject of the British, when ever someone mentions a group of people uniting I get The Smiths stuck in my head. "Shoplifters of the world unite and take over." Mag
  15. I too am very sad to see TLW end. I have never been one to like it when a story I am reading ends, but, they do eventually have to end. I feel that it was ended well. Dom you did a great job on this chapter as you have on all the rest. Now that TLW has ended you can start hanging us out over the cliffs of DD and TOU. Mag
