  1. Nope, not in a million years. It just leads to problems and drama down the road.
  2. Rewire my brain so it could receive a WIFI signal. Hey, gotta give the laptop a day off somehow.
  3. 1. My laptop 2. My other laptop 3. Backpack (which has my wallet inside)
  4. Dylan's hair is the bomb! It's so short, I love it! And I wouldn't mind running into Tyler in a towel in a locker room.
  5. Great song; I am surprised I had not heard it before, as I do know who Rise Against are. The official video that Andy posted was some scary azz shit. The powers that be, really need to do something about gay kids that get bullied in high school. Is it any wonder that we hide in the closet during those four years? Another good anti-suicide song is "Hold On" by Good Charlotte.
  6. I totally agree with this. If I want some real life depressing moments, I can always read the local online newspaper. So even though some gay fiction has its ups and downs, at the end of the day, it's still.............................fiction.
  7. Probably do nothing. I'm not big on getting involved.
  8. I go both ways. It just all depends on what I am in the mood for.
  9. That was an interesting little story. It's good that Geoff was able to move on and put a bit of closure to his prior relationship with Scott. The only thing that bothered me slightly was Kim's constant use of the phrase "gay boy". I'm sure she meant nothing negative by it, but seeing that phrase over and over made think that she wishes Adam were straight.
  10. Just plain ol' Oreos. Dipping them in milk is disgusting.
  11. He's actually on NBC's 30 Rock, but I don't watch that drivel.

    Chapter 1

Hmmmm, interesting story. I liked how the nickname "Trev" was used so casually, as I enjoy being called that by people who know me well. The full name Trevor just sounds so formal sometimes. Alex and Nick obviously come from different financial backgrounds. I could not help comparing them to another couple you and I know oh so well. The "reveal" that Alex was actually an angel kind of threw me off base though. To be honest, I'm just not a big fan of fantasy stories. That's something I can work on, because I know there's some good stuff out there.
  13. Oh yeah, I am in the same boat. I have this mad crush on Peter Gregory from Second Shot. Even though he doesn't have blond hair, it doesn't matter. To me, he's a total hottie.
  14. Last One Standing (new song) by Simple Plan. So far, I've only heard the live version, but it seriously kicks some azz. New CD gets released on 6-21-11 (Get Your Heart On).
  15. I've lost count of how many times I have read this chapter. But it never fails, I tear up every single time I read it. The reason has to be because both Amanda and Hurricane Barbara were crying (and Jason is also an emotional wreck). No wonder this chapter hit home, as I see it was based on a true life experience.
  16. Okay, before I get started, this is only an observation I have made. In no way, shape, or form, is this a complaint. Anyways, we all know the fire-truck word. The intercourse word. The 4 letter word that starts with "F". And I have noticed that in some stories, the word and some of its brethren are clearly spelled out (ex. Second Shot); while in others, the F and K come through, but two asterisks are placed in the middle (ex. Bill W's Boy For Hire). Why would there be a discrepancy? Could it be a software thing? Some stories are obviously older than others, so maybe that's it? For me, when I read a story (and it involves college age guys), swearing is a natural part of the flow of the story. I can read a word like "shit" or "damn" and not even think twice about it. But if I come across the intercourse word with asterisks, it stands out like a turd in a punch bowl.
  17. Pine Tree State from a band called "Sparks The Rescue". They are a newer band from Maine, and I totally found them by accident. Love 'em though, they have a total emo vibe.

    The Way Home

This is the chapter that made me cry. When we find out what happens to Aaron's brother.
  19. Yupp, FOX picked up the option for a third season awhile ago, which is unusual for that network. Anyways, this episode bugged me; there was way too much heavy drama. And Kurt's character is really starting to grate on my nerves. Yeah, he's out, he's proud, I get that. And in San Francisco no one would care, but in Lima, Ohio it seems a tad unrealistic.
  20. I would have to say hooking up with my second boyfriend, Brian. It was more or less a rebound thing, and thinking back, we really didn't have "feelings" for each other (we were friends, but not soulmates, if that makes any sense).
  21. Justin Berfield (Reese) from Malcolm in the Middle. Something about his spiky brown hair with blond tips just drove me crazy. And I was 14 at the time.
  22. At that point in the night, I was drunk enough to do anything. It wasn’t my first guy-on-guy kiss. Once, in the ninth grade, my girlfriend bet me I wouldn’t make out with her gay brother for one minute. I’m not a homophobe at all, and thought, why not? A lip is a lip. Kind of what I was thinking tonight as well. I wasn’t sure if Spencer would want to, so I let him do the answering. Hmmmm, I cannot say I have ever done this (suck face with a straight guy), even when alcohol was involved. But yeah, this sure is an interesting start to the story.
  23. Dean's reaction was pretty much the same as my own younger brother's reaction; "are you sure you are gay?", "yes I am sure". As to how Jason is going to tell his mom, maybe it would have been better doing it over the phone. Then again, maybe he could have just worn a pink shirt and some guyliner; that way he could really shock her.
  24. “Yes I am, and Peter is my boyfriend!” Jason was so angry he didn’t think about what he was doing, he just reacted. “If you have a problem with that, do something about it!” Yikes, this is about the worst possible way to out yourself. Sure glad that never happened to me; every time I have done it, it was in a calm rational manner.
  25. "Jason wanted to blurt out, ‘how would you feel sitting inches from your boyfriend and not able to touch him?’ “Seriously, I’m just tired.” Hmmm, I can see how that would be an issue, but it's not something Curt and I have to deal with. We both go out of our way to make sure we act like a couple of straight friends when we are in public. As to Darryl's reaction, it was just as I expected. Seeing as how Jason had hidden it for years and years, I can see how D was dumbfounded.
