OMFG!! Unbelievable... amazing, intense. What a great chapter! I really agree with you Michael when you said that this story should become a movie or something, I just did say the exact same thing yesterday. As a straight, happily married for 11 years girl, I am so very aware of the fact that gay couples not only don't get to have open, public relationships in the same way that straight couples do, but also that it is not often that you get to be "Jude" and be totally open with everyone and proudly live your life because of the social B.S. that is everywhere. I wish all people gay, straight, bi, whatever, a chance to love and be loved in a way that is true, honest, unconditional, and ... PERFECT. It is only what every human being deserves. Being who you are shouldn't have to be something scary or traumatic, or guilty, it should be peaceful and proud and easy. And to Dom the amazing man who can seem to capture all of this and put it into terms that any reader can empathize with, understand or relate to, you are without a doubt the voice of reason and hope to many I am certain. Thanks doesn't seem an adequite word, for all your words can only help to make us see that we are all the same in some ways and that makes for a very powerful statement. Viv

I'm thinking that Bree is smarter than we all give her credit for and now that Jude has told her about himself, she will put it together... and just about that time Brad will come running up the street looking for Quinn, now that he has taken his "minute", and then, who knows... but I am sure that someone will end up chasing Quinn down the street, maybe Bree, leaving Brad and Jude, the best friend and the boyfriend to akwardly meet... hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, just can't wait to find out! So sorry to hear that you have had such a big loss in your life. It is understandable that you would feel lost when such a big part of who you were is suddenly gone. I will be thinking of you and hoping you will find a way to keep a part of him with you in your heart so you don't have to feel lost or without him. Well said Michael... I think that of all the reasons there are that I love Dom's stuff, the way that you feel like you are right there or are feeling what Quinn is feeling as his hand... oops! Well, I said yesterday that it would be worth the wait, and OMG it was!! Each time I think the story can't get any better, Dom surprises me... I am without a doubt sitting on the edge of my seat, biting my nails, pacing back and forth in great anticipation for TOU 15. Thanks Dom for being so amazing... Viv

I have read The Spirit of James and loved it, perhaps hoping in the back of my mind for more of a story there..., but I am intruiged by DD because of the situation that Rory is in with his Mom since it happened in my family, but I am really loving TOU, I just can't wait to see where Dom will take us next... wherever it is I will follow along willingly and I am sure it will be well worth it. I guess the thing I love most about Dom's stories is that you "feel" what his characters feel, you laugh when they do, you are scared or frustrated for them, and you get to experience the human nature of relationships right along with them. Keep it up Dom... we love you, obviously. Viv
