  1. Poor Gabriel, now in the clutches of the witches as a sacrificial lamb under a sham agreement of which they were forced to invoke protection; as they were purposely and secretly weakened by the very people that is now supposed to protect them at a cost… Without apologies for their misdeeds and still invoking their claim. Shameless, too bad the Queen was not finished off. Should they have killed the queen and then stated their own claim of retribution, until the witches provided the protections their agreement calls for. Then perhaps the vampires would rethink their own attack plan and strategies. Though Renato assured Gabriel, that he would be protected, implying the hidden Ray, it was not a new pledge, but just restating and reassuring Gabriel that Renato would very much live by his oath to Ray. It would be nice to hear directly from the vampires, the honest and full truth for their pursuit of Ray. Do they intend to manipulate the Ancient Blood Gifts of Ray so that all vampires could become day walkers yet not be under an allegiance to Ray? Or does the absolute fear of conversion have the vampires trying to lock those ancient powers anway? Or even worse to destroy those powers by killing Ray? Even if the ultimate decision has been made to kill Ray, it would seem that they have prior objectives to: study blood take samples and or to possibly drain his blood and store away the ancient powers of his blood as the very way to kill him. Very much like Renato standing idly by as Ray was under attack from mommy dearest, we know that Renato still lives by his pledge and perhaps knew all along that Ray wasn’t in real danger. So it also begs the question in my mind as to whether the ancient guardians are perhaps doing the same; they have not manifested again as they have not witnessed a life threat to Ray? Oh, and witches - how about them rapid changing for babies? 😂
  2. Déjà vu
  3. I’m sure from an eight-year-old Leon perspective Mark was huge; hey, no puns there! 😬 I think getting the police involved now would be a good call that it helps control the narrative should the boys later try to engage Stephen or Leon and then blame/claim that they started something with them. More importantly, it may put the fear of God into them so that it avoids any confrontations in the future. Plus engagement by the police and the parents may bring about a teaching opportunity of people with handicaps and birth defects. These type of reactions are sometimes unavoidable with young children, as it is very unusual, it’s new to them, and they don’t know how to take it. But these boys are not young children anymore and they should’ve been exposed enough to learn proper behaviors and respect; if not, now is the time..
  4. Nothing many people may revisit the chapter and leave their comments again, but I’m not sure the attitude is toward the witches will change much with anyone. So which one is the bigger blood suckers the witches or the vampires? I think the witches may be given the vampires a bad rep. 😂 I do thank you very much for the coming actions upon the witches, I since a delightful scene coming. 😃
  5. Yes, it brings new light to the actions of Leon especially when he was accompanied by Jeff. It seems he too has had a rough time in his young life. Uncle Mark is a definite question mark. But he definitely has the attention of his own brother and sister-in-law, so there must be more to the story or in the trial that leaves them to believe that Leon may be at risk again. Adrenaline is amazing thing. When Leon saw the activities from his window, he ran to the side of the action to then have the boys still challenge him as he tells them to move along and leave Stephen along. Then he boys commit the ultimate crime of attempted kidnapping by trying to force Stephen to go where he didn’t want to, especially not with them. Some might say the injuries to the abductors was excessive, but Leon’s adrenaline and actions were focused on freeing Stephen, and each boy was injured with a single act of defense. So there was no excess as it was a single action and justified in light of attempted kidnapping and physically forcing Stephen against his will. I think Lyon may have had therapy before and probably had reached the point where the therapist said there was no need to continue… Unless Leon started having issues involving the events of his past. I think that time has come. It’s time for them to find a local therapist to help Lyon deal with. Hopefully his parents after dealing with the initial shock of the parole determination, will reflect back on the conversation and realize that Leon did make the statement that should be a warning sign for therapy to resume; especially before given Leon the code to the combo safe for gun access.
  6. Those damned witches already stole chapter 20, they are constantly stealing powers and need to be stopped. Hopefully Ray will be the ancient king reborn or the embodiment of the ancient king and his powers. And as he comes into those powers, hopefully his kind and naïve way does not keep him from bringing the witches in line and making them pay for the high crimes they have committed. I bet I get the strongest sensation of déjà vu as I get to experience chapter 20 all over again. 😂

    Chapter 16

Great question, it seems a little too convenient for Caitlin’s part as she will soon have to explain her bump. Me wonders whether it was spontaneous or did she already have a contrived plan. Will is primed to be helpful, but is Caitlin grooming him to become the wed father of her child…or even just the wed sugar-daddy husband after a most untimely miscarriage. Needless to say I don’t trust her and therefore any and all of her claims or actions are suspect to me. Yes, Will, it’s time you finally opened your eyes to the love and devotion that Aidan has shown you. I hope there’s no other setbacks, especially involving Caitlin, or the baby, if a baby, and definitely not a fiancé!

    Chapter 3

Haha, I was likewise thinking we needed footnotes and bios to read the Aussie comparisons. 🤷‍♂️

    Chapter 2

If the court denied them, then there is usually an underlying reason for it. Criminal activity and history, being in bankruptcy, on Medicaid, or where the relatives are more interested in a trust or inheritance while talking of sending little Johnny off to boarding school…yet none of their kids attend a boarding school…etc, etc.

    Chapter 2

In my day it was Bruce. Bruce was just a name that seemed to predetermine the kid to be macho athlete. To meet a meek geek small sized Bruce would just kinda make you shake your head. Then there was the personification that if you met a gay Bruce, then he would absolutely be in the closet and still trying to live the athletic life with his straight friends. It just seemed to beg for a macho stereotype. 🤷‍♂️ 🤦‍♂️

    Chapter 10 of 10

Refuse to embrace the demonic conjuring and blood sacrifices Troy offers in narrative as anything beyond delusions , and the depression experienced in gay frustration. The belief of causing Jeremy’s death being vague enough that again is open to coincidence that Troy believes he caused it. However, the fact that Troy does believe this demonic conjuring and that he has very much taken stalking as a way of life and of possessing Seth, is very disturbing. The dark shadows Seth sees/senses are perhaps Troy himself lurking in the shadows or just his aura from making others think there’s just some dark about him, despite his own impression of appearing friendly and normal…he is not. He does need help and he should bring Seth with him after a couple of visits, as he needs Seth’s help or to release his own conscience; he needs to come clean. Even if Seth turns out to not be obsessed over Troy, due to Troy’s conjuring, then Seth needs to be free to make his decisions in free and clear consciousness. I was curious to see where this story would go but in all fairness, had I known this was the path without Troy’s nature to be exposed and Seth either standing by him or Troy suffering loss due to his own delusions. Heck I would have even accepted that it was all in Troy’s mind as he observed from afar as the straight boy Seth played at the college games, but the darkness of this storyline without any changes by the end is not my cup of tea.
  12. Yup, it’s not the means that counts, it’s the end.
  13. Wow, I was in the seventh grade with racial riots breaking out in hallways more commonly than anyone could possibly predict. On raised wooden joists floors, the rumble of running and shuffling could be much like an approaching tornado or train. Teachers were to close classroom doors and unfortunately that sometimes meant locking someone out to be victimized by the violence accompanying the flash riot mob. I was on the edge of getting into my science class as the mob caught up with me. I knew to not let them get me out in the center of the hall, surrounded, or to get knocked/tripped or go down on the floor. So I was backed close to the hall wall, not far from the science room door, and trying to punch/hit anyone approaching to get me away from my safe spot. I was rather strong in the arms and legs due to my daily routine. So ironically, just as I landed a fairly solid hit to the center chest of a guy trying to pull at me, I saw the startled look of my science teacher that had delayed closing his door to get me inside but instead had taken the blow. Once we were safely inside the classroom, my teacher kept rubbing his chest and flexing/rolling his shoulders as he was trying to work the hit out. He looked at me with his pained face and asked if I was a boxer, then he shook his head saying he had seen everything and didn’t blame me for my actions; he wasn’t going to report it either as he knew he was a short black teacher and that made him appear as a peer trying to grab me. But as he rubbed his chest again and said if that ever happens again he’d be grabbing them instead as he would be telling me to get inside. 😂 No broken noses but had I hit the face I have no doubt it could have been.

    Chapter 15

Actually, the ones I named are all the many movie titles that Elvis was a star character; musical dramas but not a classic musical in my mind. It’s a sign of the times of which I grew up and enjoyed outside of the traditional. Elvis was rock and roll. He was cleared out of the high school that I would attend…something about thrusting and vulgar. 🤣

    Chapter 28

Hey now, don’t go quashing the purchase of Lighthouse Manor on Shifting Sands Court, if anything it’s probably complicated by missing person or heirs that can’t afford the manor themselves but refuse others the needed signature to sell; otherwise, I would think it would be occupied.

    Chapter 9 of 10

I can certainly understand that. One that wants to hide his sexuality, while the other lives in the alter reality of conjuring, hexing, and enslaving his perfect crush. Ironically, that can be said of each member of this two young men show; Troy lives to surrender/submit to his possessed crush, while Seth finally surrenders to his/Troy’s desires and wants to possess him in fetish obligation. Ironically, it almost like opposites attract as these N & S Pole magnets interact. At least they are talking now with their emotions a little more exposed, however, when is Troy going to admit his midnight ventures into scary for Hillary undies raids? Or what about his grimace in proximity of mom? Seth has now confessed his self hate of what this desire fed by Seth’s coaching is doing to his reluctance to accept this new to him relationship, lifestyle, and sexuality. Time for Troy to confess more if he wants a relationship that stands any chance for the future. Fear not, what percentage of youthful lusty relationships ever survive the teens? 🤣 Maybe they’ll be able to talk about their history again in the future, but it may be one of those that friends, kids, relatives never know what really happened between those two.

I take his hygiene to be a reflection of how he felt about being gay/bi; dirty at first but may now more accepting of himself and of topping in anal sex.

    Chapter 15

After he sang you Love Me Tender? So much for Loving You, @Summerabbacat. You sold him out to Jailhouse Rock, without remorse, Acting like you’re King Creole, but this ain’t New Orleans. Salute Elvis as a Veteran, through he had some G.I. Blues, He was King, not a short lived shooting or Flaming Star. Big in Rock, Gospel, Blues, even Wild in the Country, But then added mood and color in Blue Hawaii. No matter where, he had to Follow that Dream, No pushover either, he was a regular Kid Galahad. I mean he had Girl! Girls! Girls! everywhere too, Not like It Happened at the Worlds Fair then gone. Nope, he had Fun in Alcapulco, then in the Smokey Mountains, Known for Kissin’ Cousins in some parts near there. Goodness, it just goes on and on, like Viva Las Vegas, Not a simple Roustabout, but definitely Girl Happy. But even @Ticklishboy30 can appreciate Tickle Me, Before running from a Harum Scarum situation. But he took a gamble on Frankie and Johnny, Then lived in Paradise, Hawaiian Style. But then he had a Spinout, oh well Easy Come, Easy Go, When you’re having Double Trouble, at the Clambake. Stay Away, Joe as they saw them heading for the Speedway, But he still wanted to Live a Little, Love a Little with Charro. That’s The Trouble with Girls, even Elvis knew what he needed, A Change of Habit; surely he has an alibi in there somewhere?

    Chapter 8

  22. If not for deadlines. many talented and creative peoples’ work would never be enjoyed by others, as it would just not ever be to their satisfaction to share it.
  23. I think the comeuppance is already in motion. Daddy Douche has broken the law in multiple ways that were not going to be reported, but he: 1). violently assaulted Jamie 2). Attempted murder, with a deadly weapon - by kicking Jamie when already defenseless, yes the foot/leg can be considered a deadly weapon in kicking. 3). Falsely reported Jamie’s car as stolen when it is registered to Jamie as owner. That shouldn’t have even been possible unless… 4). may be he impersonated Jamie to report the car as stolen, or falsely claimed a joint owner, again impersonating a rightful owner. 5). reported the funds Jamie took as stolen when it was a joint owners right to withdraw, again possibly impersonating a lawful single account owner and filing a false report as so. These are but a few of the charges that Daddy Douche may and hopefully will face. Luca has already stood by his guy, and I think he already spoke a whole lot in that brief call that the officer too on Jamie’s phone. I’m sure he will show up with the assault photos too. Likewise, in some jurisdictions, the victims are not the only ones able to file charges of assault; the state can, other parties with knowledge can, and yes mother would be great as a first hand witness. Daddy Douche done dabbled in do do. 💩
  24. I think the vampires already know much more than they have let on. From the blood changing of their own, Renato, to the startled reactions upon the events occurring in those critical moments in the Throne Room, when the vampires came to demand that they be allowed to study and examine Ray. These things seem more than coincidence and much more than suspicious. But then, I guess in the interest of their vampire scientific study, they came in combat gear to assault the shifter pilgrimage to ancient lands. They would have killed all except Ray to secure his capture; this included the Steward’s son and Protector, Gabriel, and a member of his Council, Brynjar. The vampires have acted in selfish interest multiple times. These things seem to say vampires are not to be trusted but rather like the old saying, keep your friends close, keep your enemies closer. Can Renato keep the vampires honest? Only now have we seen where the Steward has taken Renato into his confidence, remaining alone with the vampire in the Throne Room. He asked of the dreams, to be reminded of the eclipse. Now he speaks of we when saying we must pool our knowledge ; maybe together we stand a chance. I don’t think he is talking alliance with the vampires, but rather Renato. However, an alliance could be on his mind upon that pooling of knowledge and options with Renato’s insights and influence on the Vampire Council. Also noteworthy, is the talk of the King’s power turning inwards, defensive and wild. Hmmm 🧐, all that power, endless it seemed, turned away from the witch that betrayed him and their own pact. Rather interesting, that Ray seems to have popped into this existence must like the King popping from existence to ash. As Ray gathered his defensive strength against mommy dearest, he rhetorical question of what do you know bitch also served her up to divulge the truth…was that strategic to let her gather her powers to boomerang this confession and drain her? This puts more commonality with the ancient King with similar Big Paws as observed on the pilgrimage.

    Chapter 27

Wow, a working vacation day for sure. From the library club meeting, reading and greeting, to then planning dinner; oh what the heck, let’s just sign all these books sitting over here …next to me! 😆 What a nice down to earth thing to do. Tourist may learn to expect this from their author’s town. 🤷‍♂️ 🤦‍♂️ The payback may be that the special table at the Chinese restaurant will be the only peaceful meal in the future.
