Ironically, I don’t think the DNA will necessarily say the baby is Billy’s; it was never confirmed either way from the DNA test that I recall; only admission of Billy having engaged, and the testimony of ML…which is as reliable as predicting schrapnel patterns of IEDs. If Billy’s, I had the impression the parents were accepting of their reality of being grandparents/great aunt & uncle. Oh wow, ambulance sex…is the siren or the call of the wild 🤪.

Yes, Timmy becomes a pariah, but most like a defendant as this should have generated an investigation with direct attorney general oversight. How ironic too, that the gossip Dallas’ dad endured and acted upon, from his dear friend, Timmy’s dad, now gives dear old dad, a reason to look more critically inward, to look in the mirror, as he reconciles his broken family as a consequence of his own actions resulting from very unreliable sources and his own prejudices.

Naturally a person can walk out and shout I’m innocent, as no one could prove otherwise, but legally the best you get is either case dismissed or if charged, then found Not-Guilty.

Ed’s need for further treatment will determine if he gets committed after his evaluation. The double edged sword would be whether it’s in Ed’s best interest to make him recall a basic mental blocking that’s there for his own protection.

ML if committed would need it to be housed at a female only facility, staff and patients. Meanwhile, the poor kid is learning the hard way, what whack-a-mole feels like; as it keeps getting bopped repeatedly in the head.

Ironically, that was my gut feel that it was a huge mistake to charge Ed on multiple layers at the same time; economically sound, but should new evidence show up, Ed has two, murder and manslaughter, charges that are now off the table. Definitely good for Ed, and in this case perhaps karma that a tortured soul can possibly find peace after treatment.

Yup, you’re stepping on toes with the statement that your stereotypical Karen has to be MAGA. WRONG That type discussion goes to the PIT. But likewise, such brash generalizations are usually wrong, such as this one being totally wrong, I’ve had plenty of experiences of Karen types, they’re from all walks of life; religious or not, races and nationalities varied, etc. My wife was not of the US and was very racist as her country and culture is much more homogeneous than the melting pot we live in. And trust me, having lived overseas from pacific, Asia, Europe, Karens are not unique to the US or North America, and definitely not MAGA in those various countries and cultures. Knowing that it’s a sensitive thing to throw out there should tell us that it’s discourteous and perhaps restricted…for good reason. I went to a 70% black high school, in a majority black city, yet out traditional school district lines stayed the same as even as the demographics changed drastically over 10 years. Our advanced courses were harder and harder to fill. The last classes held before discontinued was only one period out of seven. You can’t hire teachers to run accredited courses for so few. It’s not a racial problem, it’s a societal problem. Until the parents and students accept the challenge, no one can force it upon you. The same argument goes for the conservative Karen mentality being against LGB students, yet my school was mostly black…and in the black community GAY was a big taboo, and still is to many outside of the more urban environments; but again, that’s not political conservatism, it’s a combination of many things composing the societal black community. I e had plenty of contact with Down Low black men wanting to be hosted by white guys, and that’s true DL married guys, not the generalized DL of what is those wanting discrete. Married because it’s naturally expected and/or it removes suspicions, yet the desires will still takes them where they wanted to live. That’s a lot of internal societal pressures with the black community where I live; very common among guys much younger than me.

Force her to hear those same very countering facts, read aloud by one, repeat choirs by all, coming from the very people she thinks she knows what’s best for them. Never touching her, but having her full attention; but, likewise letting her know then and forward, she need not expect respect as she doesn’t give or believe in it herself. Simple acts of even walking down the hall and instead of yielding, you stop in her path forcing her to go around, as you give her the defiant blank stare; making her have to feel the unwelcoming forced upon them…passive aggressive…and legal. Needless to say, I hate Karens of life. They are just miserable person that try to find purpose beyond themselves, instead of just making themselves and their families happy and healthy citizens. It’s all walks of life, far beyond LGB issues, it’s neighborhoods, communities, etc; they’re dying to tell others how to live, yet their own kids or family has to live a part of their lives in a shell hidden for her. Men do it too, but not seemly as often or as callous, nor can they invoke the protective nurturing mother that they’re probably not.

What a treasure to find, where dad/granddad had shared a private part of his life and past with those that survived his passing. Perhaps later than expected if he was familiar enough with the rift between his son and his gay grandson, but that is left as an unknown or perhaps complicated by the affects of the stroke on dad too. Either way, very powerful and meaningful. i often ask those types of questions when people get so adamant about life decisions or policies that don’t presently impact them directly; would you want your brother, son, mom and dad, treated that way? Would you treat them that way? What if that was your mother? What if it was your group that was singled out next? The Hitler divide and conquer the populace routine; so be careful what you wish for. Of course, phony bravado and pride may come spitting forth, but you can tell they’re hiding some degree of humiliation knowing they’re wrong to act that way. A neighbor did exact that type phony rants when I informed him he should go get his 12yo to see and hear his conduct, as my other neighbor boy is known to spend many days and hours with me…and he was standing behind the ranting and raging bully neighbor. I know they don’t like the boy being around their son as they think themselves above his class and social standing. Ironically the contrition was suddenly the boy was invited to their son’s birthday celebration. Even the kid realized he was being invited to prove the bully was still human and possibly to learn more about my thoughts from my little helper; so being used while showing contrition for a vulgar rant and police call in front of a newly turned 9yo. The kid is no dummy, he went and played hard; enjoying himself as treated from a man he knows is trouble. He did assault and threatened me for yet another police call with me reluctantly agreeing to withdraw intent to press charges…but at least it was recorded in the police blotter and call out.

Hetero bro crush or homosexual love crush, Davin seems rather sensitive to Colt and his girl, or Colt not being present, as he demonstrates in wanting to leave the ranch due to his absence…just seems more than standard friendship. I can’t imagine another reason to feel awkward being around Trace and Celia. So no tea, just reading tea leaves. 🤷‍♂️

I’m not so sure if it’s not much the same for both. Davin is depressed that he doesn’t have his own family and/or they don’t care. Joel is heartbroken that he is unwanted and he no longer has his family. Davin wanting to leave the sanitarium is not unexpected, but as teens often express leaving town is the only way. It seems to be more than just the sanitarium, it seems to be a more underlying frustration; getting away from his crush, Cole, or just that he can’t easily see being with a boyfriend in his current mindset for the ranch life. it remains to be seen whether Joel is going to connect to the extent that he starts to accept that he’s basically a Connelly if he so choses… I think Joel does need the love and support of family…more than just a boyfriend, but accepted within a family clan that shares.
