Great chapter as we learned a little more about all the boys and that Celia already knew better about the knuckles lie. The relationship between Joel with reach of the Connelly parents is interesting; Trace coaching while Celia awaits him to share but is a very encouraging and comforting mom. Joel still hasn’t been there that long but he’s seemly about ready to share the story…at least with Celia. Then even more surprising is how quickly the call from family helped Joel to decide he will transfer; knuckle sandwich to Jonny, confession of lie to Celia, witnessing no backbone from his dad…boom, decision made - I want to transfer. I don’t want the rumors or them looking at me like that if they figure it all out. Hmmm 🤨, Celia heard that loud and clear if her mom hers weren’t clogged; I’m sure she has a much better picture in her mind about what Joel is dealing with. Tye twin are a great distraction; but it may be Joel that provides more of the distraction for a frustrated Davin. Davin seems to be taking Colts relationship too personal for just being a friend concerned if the girl is good enough for Colt. He could be a very attached BF but I’m thinking it’s more of years long crush going the way of growing up to have best friends showing interest in others and spending more of their time on those pesky relationship distractions My bet is Davin will be a good mate and sleep with Joel since he’s not familiar or used to their big cold house…maybe a massage after the hot tub?? …which oils work best on those cowboy muscles, and those glutes must be sore for sure.

True but even then, love blinds us to not demand DNA pre birth…it’s the ole stigma of you don’t trust me or if you loved me… That’s why I think it should be universal to do the DNA with mandatory disclosure to the bio-parents or anyone named on the certificate or better yet …the preferred method being done the third trimester ultrasound/checkup, avoiding being improperly named as the father on the actual birth certificate. Knowing this is law would avoid most claims that are knowingly false.
