Then again, how many newly introduced guardians expect to have inherited a nymphomaniac for their ward? Their previous thoughts were about boys, and their rising problems, but not a nymph. And women knowing otherwise and declaring another as the father should be held accountable for defrauding the forced fatherhood upon a know innocent. Many forms required in life require signature of truthfulness under penalty of law…a birth certificate should be no less. My friend’s life was totally changed due to this exact type situation, and yet the laws continued to add insult by him paying child support for the bio dad and stepfather’s kids; yes they lived with mom and “stepdad” and identified him as bio/real dad. Laws protecting men are so fukd up. Yes, this really was a HS friend, and not me…truly a friend, destined for college but never had his chance as disappointed parents believed you made your bed and you must lay in it.

It’s heartwarming that Micah loves Killian for who he is and to not have the controlling and threatening relationship that he had with Asher; perhaps Killian is clairvoyant too and knew not too put himself out there completely with Asher…that would have only been a contentious FWB. I loved that Seth is still with us and protecting Killian; the willingness to risk everything because the critical situation demanded his all. Giving Killian the strength needed to survive and then masking Killian’s gifts with a little moment of mystery tape silence, Seth is amazing that he was gifted too, with additional time to mentor Killian in dealing with his developing gifts. I’m looking forward to seeing more of Killian and crew…including prankster Kane; where did he escape to now? Oh, meeting girls as little bro to the Wonder Boy.

I understand they are understaffed…but from what I’ve seen, it’s from a bloated agency that has very little oversight from outside. Yet it’s like the commercials that prey upon your emotions that they need more money. Bloated because they don’t have benchmarks or metrics to get kids out of purgatory, they just become years long case files. The group house where I volunteered each had 16 kids per house, two to a room…again less stringent than what they want the adoptive parents to provide. Where the real problem is in the bureaucracy of the adoption application, training, and approval process. It’s too pie in the sky, where they want young heterosexual couples, either on paper or in practice, with maybe one kid and one dog and no older than 42ish with a great job and plenty of room to spare for a kid to have their own rooms and maybe bath. 🤔 On paper it sounds as if the kids in the group homes are growing up in a wonderful commune were they get a normal life. Yet hundreds of teens age out with no real financial handling experience, no drivers training, therefore no license, and very little interest on follow up as to how they are doing once pushed out; oh, if held back a year in school some programs only provide to finish the year of turning 18 if graduating. Foster kids may be lucky to have foster parents that care and support them staying until employment or school enrollment/housing is provided. Post age out has some wonderful opportunities and benefits on paper, but the agency isn’t too interested as at 18 it’s no longer their case numbers, no effort is given to set them on their feet before pushing them out the door. It’s very sad and frustrating; any counselor from a normal high school could easily guide them but the agency either wants to run it or disown it. So there is little effort in truly getting transition assistance as a parent would normally provide to their graduates. I was personally told I was too old to adopt at the age of 46, did life expectancy change to 56-60? Especially when I clearly stated I was interested in young teens to middle teens. It’s an arbitrary number they adopted internally; given that it assumes you’re adopting a baby when in reality it’s the beginning teenage years when they are no longer bringing interest of that desired group or perhaps sharing a bedroom with another brother or sister as appropriate is not good enough. Again no metrics to slide the opportunities for adoption based on a formula using adoptee/adoptor ages; just a cutoff. Based on all the benchmarks above, the department is saying many happy and healthy American family households are inadequate. So under the current mentality and the lack of objective oversight and metrics to move kids into homes, then the extra dollars would only bloat the system more. Having seen as much as I have, I’m not in favor of dumping money into an effective way to manage kids open ended. Looked at the demographics and pick the best choices of what’s available, not what you might wish for. And remember, the kid will get a voice in whether they think they’re better off at the group home or where they get a trial stay with adoptive parents.

Ironically, my former wife was rather emotionally detached as ours girls started their journey to womanhood. It was me that sat the girls down at their appropriate ages to have the talk, but I was more scientific with the; kissing and foreplay comes the rise of body temp and blood pressure, the engorgement as happens to women and for men, the impact to long periods of petting for boys vs the way girls purr without pain, etc. Yes, they got to put a condom on the banana…but using hands was allowed while the other techniques/methods were discussed. Yet, the abuse Caleb had there was unmonitored and couldn’t be proven with lack of blood or bruises; yet, inflicted under their noses by a long term resident to their “most excellent “ contracted low cost care provider. Where an inspection of their facility would check more of the paperwork appearance than the actual physical and mental state of their captives…ahem, children awaiting forever homes…with application standards higher than they provide themselves. Been a volunteer mentor to see the underbelly of that beast…once the children are pulled from their bad home environment, they just become a website listing for an application process that has no real benchmarks to success or failure rates. So the contractor provided facilities and care just become another occupancy requirement for better contract awards. i had contact with a 10 year old boy that was in limbo while parents were trying but failing to prove they could provide a safe home environment. The kid had craved “Jack” on the inside of his forearm…I was able to get him to tell me that he didn’t want to be Ricky any more, Jack would be wanted more. No one from the home had noticed his craving, no one had applied ointments, no one had called a caseworker, then I was asked why I was having inappropriate contact as he was not my mentee. On contact was on the common room of the house of which I was signed in at. Ricky looked to my mentee as a big brother type relationship, so he knew me by association. They hide behind bureaucracy to distance anyone or anything that paints things in a bad light for them. My point being that though Caleb is a chronic lier, there was interview evidence that Killian was able to get saying that the oldest and longest stay resident knew how to play the system to bully the boys without repercussions and any validation from the staff…no blood, no bruising…nothing to be seen here; simple paperwork, done.

So adding the fact that he is sending this to multiple people and seemingly consistent with the same hate language, Then taking the verbage of “we’re watching you” along with the picture of the boys enjoying a day out, we have documented stalking with intent to do harm. Timmy is digging himself deeper and deeper into trouble. Yes, Me thinks, Timmy Doth Protest too Much…there is definitely something more to this behavior, whether it’s his own history or the history of someone whom was close to Timmy, or pure jealousy, his behavior is rather desperate; making it dangerous and unpredictable.
