Perhaps there may be a trust out there that he has been tapping illegally.... The following speaks volumes... The more I sat with it, the more it hit me: I hadn’t been thinking at all. Just reacting. Maybe if I saw it through, this one last stretch, it wouldn’t be a surrender, but a statement. Something that was mine. Dumping it all now wouldn’t prove anything, except maybe that my father still had power over me. And he didn’t. Not anymore.

Early days yet, will this newfound resolve stick?

It's what we call percussive maintenance... This evening I gave it one more try. Turned it on, let it go through its 10 minute warm-up (and don't tell me too much porn, I have Krista for that ). Nothing came up on the screens and then no sound and i got mad and just hit the side of it. Viola!! My screens work, my sound is back, and I'm back in business. I use a Lenovo all-in-one PC and have had great luck with them...
