Okay, I get that Hank was hurt but he's being an ass. I think Chase is far better off without him. I believe it's a good thing Chase said no to Hank's proposal. Hank seems so certain of what he saw but obviously his recall is faulty based on his believing Dawson was the guy from the bar. What if what Hank "saw" isn't really what happened at all? Was Chase as willing a participant as Hank thinks? I'm not saying Chase didn't do something stupid, we're all guilty of poor judgement at some point in life, but did the alcohol have more to do with him getting himself into a compromising situation than anyone has considered. Also, if Hank is this unforgiving what future event in their marriage might have been seen as equally damning? At this point I believe until Hank pulls his head from his arse and has a good look in the mirror and realizes he's not perfect either any future relationship he has with anyone is doomed. I think if more of their mutual friends witnessed current Hank's behaviour fewer would take his side.
I like Dawson. He might be just the person, as a friend, to help Chase move on.
