  1. I knew it The first time I saw it I thought it was some kind of tacky art. Now I know for sure it was
  2. ooooh, so when's chapter one going to be ready????? The prologue was just enough to make me want to check out chapter one, and to keep me totally in the dark about what's next.
  3. I think the pile of suitcases is from the airport in Sacramento.
  4. That song is easily my favorite 2pac song ever. Everyone should listen to it, because it's a work of poetic genius
  5. It's funny, I feel like my style's changing a little. It's like my story idea's are getting darker and the themes I'm thinking about deal with more troubling subjects than I've ever pondered in my life. I carry a little note pad with me now and sometimes when I'm at school or just anywhere, I write in it when inspiration strikes so I don't lose that feeling before I can capitalize on it Thanks Graeme. It means a lot to hear that kind of compliment from someone as talented as you. I had to think long and hard about the length, and I decided that I was going to ruin it if I added anymore to the story, so I just went with my gut feeling. :pickaxe:

    So now I

Exactly. I think this might be a perfect time for Domoholics to unite, seek and attack. :pickaxe:
  7. Yes,Yes a car. No, No, No, not a bike, not even with full body armour. I have picked up too many body parts. Ok, I agree....it sounds like fun though Let me know how it goes
  8. Well maybe if you get the chance you can take a car, or even better, a motorcycle out and have some fun
  9. I just wanted to take the time to thank all of my readers for their support and to wish them and everyone else who reads this a blessed Thanksgivng. I also wanted to talk about a few things that I'm thankful for and to give others the chance to do the same in this thread:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: The first and most important thing I'm thankful for is the fact that I've been blessed with a great family, blood related and not blood related. That includes the huge family I have right here at GA. I feel like everything happens for a reason, and for whatever reason, we all came to this site and became part of something that's bigger than we can comprehend. Myr, Kitty, Joe and Rob, along with all of the Moderators and technical support people, do great work here and the fruits of their labor are right on our screens. Of course, their work would be in vain without members like Cjames, Birdsofafeather, Afriendlyface, Mark Arbour (where art thou?), Xiao_Chun and so many others who make this a community, and not just another web site. I feel thankful that I had the opportunity about a year ago to start posting my stuff in The Library, and later in E-fiction. That gave me the time I needed to go from terrible to halfway decent . I'm also thankful for the people who've been supporting me from day one, when the only place I had to post my story was on a Xanga page. Their comments gave me the confidence to step out and and ask Myr to make me an Author so I could post in The Library. I'm Thankful for my editor Talonrider. He took something that was literally garbage (gramtically, puncutally and spelling wise) and made it presentable. He made the suggetions and gave me the tips I needed to follow in order to get better, then he presented my work to A Little Story Site On The World Wide Web and got me hosted somewhere. I'm thankful for Rob from CRVboy for giving me my first chance to be hosted somewhere. He took a chance on me and I hope he hasn't been dissapointed. All of the sudden I had people from all over the place sending me emails and someone even tried to take Talonriders job (as if ). I got the positive and negative feedback that gave me confidence and told me what I needed to work on. I'm thankful for Mary at RCWP. She almost didn't host My Jump Off because she hated Jarred, but she read on when she wanted to stop and for that I feel like I owe her the world. It's true that we don't always see eye to eye on things, but I honestly think that without her guidance, I'd be a much poorer writer than I am now. Not only has she hosted my work, she took the time to build beautiful pages for My Jump Off, Bodega Bay and Obligation To Myself. I'm thankful for the GA panel that gaveme a chance to be shared hosted right here. I know they took a huge chance, and I hope they don't regret the chance they took on me. They gave me a great support guy to work with and a page to display my stories and poems on. They hooked me up with a forum and with the readers alreay in place, the rest is history I'm thankful to my readers. Without you guys I wouldn't feel like I had a reason to write. I know I stay away from the story discussions, but I do go to the board and look at the post count and see how many replies I have on my forum. It blows me away that people think enough of my work to actually post about it, and that gives me the inspiration to sit down and pound out a chapter twice a week. So what are you thankful for???
  10. Well I can tell you that CRVboy is great as far as posting stories goes. I've been hosted there for a minute now and as long as you have a good editor and a good story to tell, they'll probably want to host you. I've been at RCWP for a while, too, and even though it's been through some questionable changes lately, it still has top notch writers and a really dedicated webmistress. As far as Nifty goes, my only problem with them is that they bury the stories I'm proudest of on the No Sex Page, the loneliest page in the whole history of the internet :| I've always been able to go back and make edits and crap like that when I needed to. JUst email them and they always take care of it
  11. HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!!!!!
  12. It seems like you'd have more fun if you drove fast and made your car spin a couple of times while you drove....at least I know I would have more fun that way
  13. Jan, We've talked about this before, but reading about it the way you wrote it makes it all seem like I'm hearing about it for the first time. If you need to talk this Friday or any other day just let me know and I'll be there for you Kisses Nick
  14. um...I think you're refering to Friends
  15. Reading The Log Way by Dom Luka and Abandoned Boy by Tom Gaige
  16. Thanks Formosa....actually, the one I told myself for a week was my Winter Anthology entry. This is one I've been telling myself for like 8 months. For a long time it would make me get a lump in my throat, then I'd get ready to write it and it didnt have that effect for me anymore so I deleted it....this time, though, I was sniffling through the whole thing I'm glad you enjoyed it
  17. Bruno = Borat=Ali G= Sasha Barron Cohen
  18. I'm really sorry for your loss, Mirage. I think it's sad that the package says that it causes cancer but people still smoke....I mean, if poison tasted good, would people eat it?? Probably not, but for some dumb reason, people can't stop smoking. It's pretty wack if you ask me.
  19. Bruno talks to Hollywood Psychic Merlin, getting great fashon tips from Versace and communicating with a dead lover
  20. Thanks dude That means a lot to me. I've told myself this story over and over again, and I when I got a lump in my throat thinking about it the other night, I knew I was ready to tell it I know it gives new meaning to the title "short story" with it's lack of kb's, but I feel really good about the finished product
  21. That cat has some serious talent, yo.
  22. Well it's update time::::::::::::::: I just emailed the final copy of my Winter Anthology entry to Kitty, and I've been steadily working on chapter five of Staking My Claim. Chapter 19 of Bodega Bay went up yesterday, and I'm currently working on chapter one of Book Two of the What's The Difference Between Me and You?, so be on the lookout for that in the next week or four. I'd also like to take this opportunity to thank all of my readers for their support. It means a lot to me when I get emails and PM's from you guys about my stories.
