Lol. You know I don't like to confirm or deny predictions like that, but I will say there is plenty of drama to tide us over until May... and that it might be dangerous to assume that he goes back to England at the end of the school year, if at all.

I loved this review! Thanks so much. AS usual, so insightful and so funny! I'll try not to make you wait a whole month for the next installment... I promise! We will see Mike again, rest assured. And Corbin wasn't Lee's first, but did you notice Corbin noticing that Lee has learned a trick or two... you might be right about him being a Hoe! I love writing those two together. As for Nick... well, we'll just have to see where he fits into everything. More to come

I stand corrected, and you're right! There is the one sent earlier in the afternoon. I will say, when Pete and Corbin interact next, it's the 'I love you' text that gets the bulk of the playtime. But who knows... maybe Pete will call Corbin out for his inability to respond to general correspondence.

Hey tim! Thanks for an awesome review. I always love reading your responses. This chapter definitely got a rise out of you! There's definitely more story, and more growing, for Corbin to come. I will say, he didn't get Pete's text until he had already decided to go up with Nick... we'll get the full fallout of his decision to keep going in the next chapter. Can't wait to continue the story!

Typo. Anyway, really funny to see all the juggling Corbin is doing. The Nick Persons stuff was very Jane Austen-like. Oops. Missed that one! Thanks for the catch. What's funny about Corbin is that e completely misses the no brainers in his life. Expect more of that. I'll take a jane Austen comparison! Thanks again

Glad the suspense is gettin you. You know I love a good twist. I think we saw in this chapter that Corbin is right at the edge. A laugh away from a tear. I don't know if he's ready for full on psycho, but expect him to keep things intense. More to come soon!

I think that's a pretty accurate observation. Not going to say that that's intentional, it's just the way that those two relationships happened to pan out. There is more to come on Mike in the future, but that's all I can say without spoiling anything.

You know things are bad with Corbin when people want him to work it out with LEE! I'm enjoying writing their little partnership, so you really never know. I loved what you and Carrie both said about drunken words, sober thoughts... I had a friend who used to say that to me whenever... well... this is an autobiography, so look for a character to potentially say that. Until then! Loved this review. Thanks so much!

Thanks so much for the review! Someone earlier said it was great to see the juxta of Corbin going from fully dominant to fully vulnerable... Those are the kinds of characters I have the most fun writing. Seeing all powerful Corbin get grounded, in my opinion, is the realistic way. Loved reading your thoughts! Thanks so much.

We do see Corbin at his two extremes in this chapter, I guess! I'd never thought about it that way, but you're right. I'm glad the story was worth the wait... and I'm glad the beginning was just hot enough for Thanks for the review.
