Hey! Thanks so much for the review. Means a lot that you're following the story. I think you need to google Beer Pong and introduce it to your side of the pond. It's a fun game. I can totally get what you mean about Corbin, and my goal is to always keep him believable if not always likeable. I think we've all either been a Corbin or known a Corbin... I didn't realize that we circling around 300K words! Wow... I will say that the pace definitely picks up going into the second half of the story, and we still have a LOT of story to cover, so I hope you'll stick with the journey. Also... your plea for an update might be soon coming, so look out for that. Thanks again for the support!

Hey folks! I wanted to post a quick update. Thi is my last week of traveling for work/vacation/other stuff. I have some touches to put on the latest chapter, but as I'll be back in full swing soon, it shouldn't be too long before I have te chapter out to my team. Thanks again!

Hey Lisa! You know my motto: Better late than pregnant! So much to respond to in this review, I would have to write a whole chapter to answer your questions... oh, wait! I think you're right about Nick, and I think Corbin understands that too... we jump forward through Christmas Break in the next chapter, and I will say that where we pick up, Corbin is more aware of the consequences of his actions than I think he's ever been... growing pains, I guess. Nick DOES have a straight older brother... the one that kissed Corbin at the musical festival last year to get hot dogs from two girls... Still want him? I'll set it up! A lot more story to come, and hopefully, a lot more reviews by you! This made my morning! Thanks again!

Hey Arran! Thanks for the review. Not sure how many chapters I have planned... we're at 30 now, and we're about halfway through the school year. The back half should go a lot quicker, but I'd say we're a little over halfway there. Hope you stick with it and continue to share your reactions in the review section!

Thanks so much! I think I know exactly what you're talking about, and can definitely relate: picking the idea of someone over the reality of someone great who's right there... Without spoiling anything, I feel like that's a global enough issue worth writing about.

Thanks for an awesome review! I'm enjoying writing nick and Corbin's dynamic. And I think you're right about Corbin growing and maturing. Sure it took him a couple of hours to drum up te strength to have 'the talk' with Pete, but he got there. More to come for sure! Can't wait

Hey! Thanks for the review. I think sometimes Corbin makes it easy to forget that he can be a solid guy, and I'm glad this chapter redeemed him a little bit. Writing characters with different layers is very fun for me. No particular song in mind, mostly because I couldn't remember the names of any of the compositions I would have been listening to at that time. Thanks again!

My mind went blank as I wrapped my arm around Nick’s neck, and pulled him into my bedroom. I pulled my door shut behind us, and in a moment of pure instinct, I pushed Nick against my door, kissed him as hard as I could, and pressed my body against his. I heard him moan as I felt his entire body vibrate against mine, the two of us driving each other crazy as we continued drawing ourselves closer and closer together. “Ouch,” he said softly, pushing me back. Lisa, thanks for another stellar review! So much to cover... I can't tell you quite what to expect moving forward without spoiling anything, but Corbin has learned a lesson or two about using guys on the rebound. Hopefully he draws from that. As for the frat stuff, it is a different world, and I enjoy writing Corbin's attempt to navigate it. For me it's about showing how great he is about reading and influencing people, yet when it comes to his love life, he's completely the opposite. I guess it wouldn't be a Jwolf protagonist if he didn't do some questionable things!!! Thanks for the compliment on the opening! More to come very soon.
