This is the story from the same woman who told me she couldn't plot a story. I have one word for you, "LIAR". Okay his daughter is so much smarter than he has given her credit for. I hope, and yes I know I am two chapters behind, that he gets the lead out and finally calls for a date. Wishful thinking I know. Sigh. Okay, so I have a romantic side, shoot me.
This is one of those stories I wrote due to a discussion I watched between Renee and Lugh. They were talking about borrowing her vampire and getting him to listen. Considering I had read her story and thought the vampire being discussed was sort of heroic I thought what would happen if a vampire was the hero? Okay so my mind works strangely. This is the result.
His shirt was soaked with blood and his claws were covered in viscera. He hadn’t begun this fight but he wasn’t going to lose to a god damn dog after all of this. He didn’t usually care what happened to the people around him but picking on a kid that young was wrong. Sometimes the night didn’t go as planned especially when he went hunting for dinner but that was something he was use to after so many years.
Terry had a tendency to stay far away from places like this bar, or t
So James is off to show his "bride" to be to the villagers. In the meantime you have a house full of servants, his father, and Adam left behind with the comment of "stopped the bloodshed". So we know now that the future of them all is not so safe. Hmm. Can't wait for more Mark.
Well life does have its twists and turns. Everyone seems to be jumping all over and trying to guess who ends up with who the second I had all those men together. Sometimes life likes to have it work out easily. But I do still have a few surprises up my sleeve before the end. Glad that even my editor is enjoying this.
Okay so we knew they were in the cage and had been tortured. If I remember correctly we had been told that Puck had been killed. This shows he hadn't been, thank goodness. Wouldn't have wanted to see his "partner" go insane from Puck being killed or what Puck's family would do if he had been. You are tricky as hell but the time lines are what was throwing me. Great job as usual, Lugh. Can't wait till your next "Day".
In any story I've read the Genie never grants the wishes exactly as you would hope for. I like your twist here for Zach. At least the kid didn't wish for any of the usual stuff. Nice job Andy. Wonder what will happpen now that the Genie is dating him.
Well remember Wade could possibly go to the Olympics. This accident has side lined him. Things you need to know as the chapters unfold to the end. No one in Charlie's world is there as a filler. If they are part of the family you will know what is going on with them.
Tonya is a strong woman. She might let Rick run the show, until he starts to do something stupid. Time will show how things go for Wade and Rick Jr. And as for Charlie and Scott, well I'm not spilling the beans. You want to know, read on.
The facts about Wade will play a part later. Was laying the foundation for it now so it wouldn't seem so out of place later. Tonya usually let things go but like anyone you go for her children and God help you. The woman would have learned from the example set by Barbara if nothing else.
Hi KC, Yeah unfortunately it isn't hard to fit into words when you have been through it. Just filter it a bit so it isn't as raw as it could be. Unfortunately it seems to be common for many people.
Chapter 19 – Filling in the Blanks
“Uncle Charlie, what I’m about to tell you even Grandma doesn’t know,” Rick began softly. He paused a moment and looked over at Wade. Wade nodded and Rick sighed.
“You know you two don’t have to tell me anything, Rick,” stated Charlie as he took a seat across from the two of them.
“We have to tell someone and after talking about it, I decided I wanted it to be you.”
Charlie looked at b
I figured with the car being painted it was being updated. Just didn't know that he was going home with his beloved driver. Sweet little tale. Worked it up nicely in this short flash piece. Loved it a lot John.
Well we all know that he has to end up somewhere. My only fear is what if this isn't Puck? He hasn't seen below the bandages and who knows who this really is. I mean, yes I know the author is you Lugh, i wouldn't put it past you to play dirty. Besides I still think it was too easy to get him out of the Center. Sigh. I'll just have to wait till the next chapter.
John, I want video proof of these perfect weddings you attended. I mean no bride showing up a half hour late because they sent the wrong color limo, no groom plastered and nearly falling over on the bride during the "I Do's". No Best Man proclaiming his love for the bride/groom/maid of honor? Wow. You have been lucky. lol.
Like I said, I've yet to see the perfect wedding but problems or the unexpected, those are par for the course when it comes to the wedding. Glad you enjoyed it.
Sorry Cia, I don't honestly mean to make it seem like drips and drabs. Actually the chapters keep getting longer as I go along and I am trying to fill in the gaps as I write. I am glad the story seems real because I wasn't out to remake the genre just put my own stamp on it.
Well I love Barbara, but yeah, there are times things happen when even the most loving parent has to be told to back off. Charlie of course is going to have a heart to heart talk to her eventually.
I am glad you are enjoying this Cia. Yeah, Ted is just one of the guys who isn't going to get what he really wants. That is life, but he also isn't going to be totally forgotten. I don't do that to my characters either.
