Postcard collection? Haven't I read that about someone who has one of those? Are you hiding something? I like this chapter too. And you introduce some interesting ideas. A crisis could be looming, with dreams becoming cliched and dark. Some room for more story there. I think you could go on, expand this into a much longer piece, if you wanted. You write with real ease - or it reads that way. Like you're really enjoying writing it. I think this is a good second chapter, and I'd be interested to read more like it.

This is great. A really imaginative creation. I love the details and the ideas. If you wanted to, I think you could make something full length out of it, by bringing in dreamers and those threatened with death and having them interact with your twins here, somehow. Perhaps there could be a struggle over one character - are they sleeping or dying? Anyhow, a lovely piece of writing.

Scary! Everyone is so harsh and angry and bitter! The dark side of our modern world! You convey it all very well. But it makes me feel bad to enjoy it! You've got talent, no doubt about that. -
I started a letter writing project with my facefriends, cos I just wanted to get some proper post again. It has been great. I've had some brilliant letters and have written loads. Something different about writing a letter compared to online chat. I like both, but I'm glad I started writing and getting letters again. I have box to keep my collection in!

I hope that getting these thoughts/feelings out in the open helps you to deal with your pain in the way that you need to. Tricky to find the right words to repsond to something like this except to wish you well and offer support. It's a brave and powerful piece of writing.
