Spiders can be fun sometimes, like this dog in a spider costume. Guess I should include a real spider too!

That house is amazing, I would love to live in a house like that. It's perfect for those places that get wildfires. I want one! All I need is a few million. Maybe I should write a book!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

I liked seeing those stories, and I wish there would be more interest in the idea. I get so tired of always hearing the bad things. I try to leave it but it's hard to do because it's everywhere. The world gives more to the bad than the good, and it's ruining everything. Maybe some time people will understand how important it is, and then maybe they never will. I don't know.

Hi StudioXPS. Welcome to the best gay story site on the web! I'm confident you'll be happy with what you find here. Gay Authors doesn't allow stories that are only sexual in nature, so you're exactly where you want to be. The community is one-of-a-kind in the gay genre, and is geared toward helping writers improve and expand their skills. The resources include members who are editors as well as beta readers, who volunteer to assist authors with their writing projects. Click the help link in the top navigation bar and you'll find answers to most of your questions. I also suggest exploring the forums page so you can become familiar with the community in general. In the bottom right corner of the forums page there is a link to the staff directory which tells you who the key members are and their functions on Gay Authors. You'll want to know them because they are here to help with issues that arise from time to time, and they're all very friendly and happy to help. So, as I said, welcome to Gay Authors! I'm sure your going to be happy here, and I know everyone else in the community will welcome you as well!

Scotland votes for Independence this week
C J commented on Zombie's blog entry in A Point of View...
I don't track this but I did see where The queen told the Scots to think about it very carefully. I don't know about all the changes it would cause, but I kind of like the idea of Scotland being independent. Then I think it don't really matter, they are going to be their own people anyway. At least that's how I see them. -
It would have been better if you did what slytherin said. Making a post would have been sufficient. Starting a whole new topic is a little over doing it. Hope you enjoy your time on GA and in the chat room.

I don't watch movies very often. It's a waste of time, even if the movie is good. I never liked sitting in a chair watching someone else live some imagined life. I like being active, moving around, living my life and enjoying my story. I'm a little strange that way I guess. When ever I've gone to a movie I feel like I just got out of a shoe box when I get up to leave. It's not something I like to experience. I would rather go to adventureland any time. I wasn't made to sit in a chair for hours at a time, I was made to move and do things. I think it's the people who make the movies who have all the fun. Everyone else seems to just want something to amuse themselves, as long as they're gonna be sitting on their butts anyway. I don't call that living. I call it mindless existence.

Because I'm into copywriting I read a lot of marketing related articles, and one of my favorite sites ran this article about the mall ad. Here's the link if your interested: http://marketingland.com/horrible-east-hills-mall-ad-now-2-million-views-97599 Now back to the deck and some awesome holiday fun! Hope everyone else is enjoying their day, too!

I have to disagree. The internet consists of more than the electrons that carry the data, so every node would need to be included in the mix. I think we would need to include the power used to run all the machines too. Still, if we consider only the electrons involved it would be impossible to come up with an answer because internet traffic isn't the same from one moment to the next, nodes are removed and added, and even when we are on the internet there isn't a constant flow of data to and from our machines. It's not like other forms of communication. It even spills over into networks that weren't intended for internet use, so the whole idea that it can be quantified is wrong. I don't think that the NSA could even do it, and they are probably more capable than anyone in that area.

I know that, it's the same as the laundry, you gotta put 'em in just right the first time. I guess we could use foam plates and stuff but then you need to stack those just right in the trash bag. Anyway, foam don't work very good and forks and knives go right through. The best thing to eat on foam is pizza. No forks or knives needed!

When I'm cooking, I wash every dish as I go along and I don't want anyone else in the kitchen with me. Here's the answer.

I guess I might have some kind of quirks. I'm not really sure what qualifies, so I'll just make some guesses. I like sandwiches for a snack, so when I make 'em I make sure whatever i spread on, like mayo or mustard, goes to the edge all the way around. Let's see, um, when I do my laundry I put my clothes in the washer in a certain pattern every time because I think they get washed better. When I get a burger at Mc D's or somewhere, if the meat isn't centered on the bun I open it and fix it. That's an improvement over my habit as a kid. Then when we ate if anything on my plate touched something else, like say the corn touched the potatoes and gravy, I wouldn't eat it. Maybe instead of quirky I'm actually psychotic or something. Well, that's a start I guess, I can think of other quirky stuff later. The thing with this is, I don't actually think of my quirks as being quirks. Maybe that's another quirk for my list, I don't know. Interesting stuff to think about though because it's really about taking a closer look at ourselves, and that's always a good idea.

Some water first thing, then breakfast which might include some orange juice. When I'm done eating I have ice cold milk. I hate coffee, and I don't like tea much either. Alcohol? In my mind that's not even a beverage, it's a solvent and a sanitizer. The smell of it is nauseating. I think drinking gas would be about the same.

There's some good reasons why they did this. First, they made a commercial for almost nothing as compared to a "professional" job. Second, they got a lot of peoples attention, which is the first goal of any advertising. Third, the people from some of the shops will now be recognized by some shoppers for having been in the ad. Sure it was amateur, but there's nothing wrong with that. It will probably draw some shoppers, and a lot of people probably got a laugh out of it. So don't be so hard on them. They knew exactly what they were doing and it most likely turned out just the way they wanted it to.
