  1. Thank you Defiamce19. These reviews mean a lot to me. Yeah Robbie got hit quite bad didn't he. He's tougher than he thinks though and there's good times ahead for him.
  2. Thank you so much Skinnydragon. This was quite a dark chapter but soon we will start catch glimpses of Robbie's true personality.
  3. I'm glad that I'm not the only one who has been facing this dilemma. Yeah I've had the same problem and reached the same conclusion. I don't think that your story will lose any of its appeal by ommiting graphic sex and I it's a good call Skinnydragon.
  4. That day had started so well, thanks to Tom. Sleeping with him was the most experience of my young life. It didn’t matter that we hadn't done anything naughty; we were together in a bed designed for one. I hardly slept a wink, but it was the best feeling ever. I had spent the best part of my adolescence lusting after Tom’s rather pale, skinny, body and the rules always seemed to be you can look but you can’t touch. Therefore, notwithstanding the occasional hug, the odd wrestle, and a few acc

    Entry 1

Hats off to you mate. I don't suppose that this is an easy thing to do and I think that you're gutsy to even attempt it. I have to say though, that you have done a remarkable job so far and I must congratulate you because I think that you have got this pretty much spot on. I dont think that even Comsie himself could have done it better. I love it.
  6. I saw them standing on the other side of the barrier in the arrivals hall, and they waved over to me as I struggled to pull my overweight and unruly suitcase in a direction that it didn’t want to go. ‘You and me both’. There were four of them waiting to meet me. My uncle Don, my aunt Sue and two of their three children who I presumed were Daniel and Amy, the youngest. I hadn’t expected a welcoming party; I was hoping for just Don and Sue, or better still just my uncle. ‘Why did they

    Chapter 1 Arrival

Thank you Lisa for your great review. This is all very new to me and I wasnt sure how this would be received. Filled with self doubt I'm afraid. However, Your positive review has been so encouraging for me and I can understand now how important these are. I hope you enjoy the rest.
  10. Following the death of his mother, fifteen-year-old Robbie is forced to move from England to start a new life living with his uncle’s family in Canada. Homesick, confused, and missing his close friend, it soon becomes apparent that Robbie is carrying a lot more baggage than he arrived with.
  11. I pressed my face against the window and stared out at the bright empty space, anxious to see a piece of land. Ahead, the sun was still strong, but now much lower in the perfectly blue sky. Even I had to admit it was a beautiful sight, like the most serene of summer days. Below us, for as far as the eye could see were fluffy white clouds, giving no hint of what was underneath. I wondered what it was like below. I had been told to expect snow and lots of it. “Can I have a beer?” I thought it
  12. The first time I've seen this and not being a fan of NBA I had never heard of Jason Collins before today. He is obviously a really nice guy and is a good role model to kids going through the same torment now as he has done in the past. Good for him, nice video.
  13. For once definately the right person won this award. Bradley Wiggins was sensational. The first Brit ever to win the Tour de France followed a few weeks later by a gold medal at the olympics. He was unbeaten this year in any time trial. To be so dominant in such a highly competitive and physically demanding sport as professional cycling is incredible. To achieve this without the use of performance enhancing drugs will I hope inspire others to do the same and may rescue a sport that has been riddled with cheats and scandal for so long. I don't even follow cycling but Bradley is the best sports person this year.
  14. The answer to the question is nothing! I can't be bothered to cook. This is the worst day to be totally on your own and I hate it! Am I the only one? I don't think so, but I shouldn't read these posts. I have a warm house and plenty of food if I want it. I know that there are people much worse off than me, but it don't make it any easier. Don't want to spoil the occassion but not everyone out there is having a ball.
  15. I really miss the NHL and in particular the Maple Leafs. I grew up in Canada and played hockey as a kid and I think it's the best sport in the world. I live in the UK now and I don't understand what's going on. I can only guess that it is the players on strike for more money. There is absolutely no news on it over here at all, which isn't surprising because the Brits are not really into hockey. I am surprised to hear that there is not a lot of coverage in the US though considering they have most of the teams in the NHL. If this is the case then the strike isn't working and they need to agree on a deal soon. Feel sorry for the fans over there because all other North American sports are boring. Rather watch the EPL.
