No Drew it makes you a lucky person, but I'm just a cynic and well known Doctor Who basher.

I looked at the clock, it was two in the morning and I had slept for maybe half an hour. I had been woken up by some unusual sounds coming from Daniel's side of the room. Rapid, short breaths and a lot of fidgeting made me think at first that he was having some kind of nightmare and I was about to go over and wake him. I managed to work out what was going on before leaving my bed and embarrassing the both of us. I pulled the duvet over my head to muffle the sound and tried to sleep. ‘So Dan

“What’s the difference between a G-spot and a golf ball?” I said. There was an uncomfortable silence. “A guy will actually take the time to look for a golf ball.” Okay, so that joke may not have been best suited for the dinner table, but I thought that it was still good enough to warrant a few chuckles here and there. ‘Now I know what they mean by getting a look like daggers’. I was on the receiving end of those looks from Don, Sue and Nicola. Amy wanted to know what a G-spot was

Thanks Parker. Well he does get out of it somehow but he learns his lessons the hard way.

Thanks Skinnydragon, a great review as always. Really pleased that you enjoyed it.

Thank you paul.b I'm really glad that you enjoyed it, there's a lot more to come.

Thank you so much Redwood. Nathan will definitely be coming back as things start to get a little hectic in Robbie's new life.

Monday saw a bright and sunny start to the last week of school before the spring break. It was the second week of March and the big thaw was well under way across southern Ontario. Most of the snow that had covered everything since the day that I arrived had very quickly disappeared, revealing grass, patio slabs, gravel and an asphalt driveway. I was seeing all these things for the first time and the house was beginning to look like the one in those summer photographs that I had seen. I was even

On Saturday, I set off to visit Fran. I was invited to dinner, which I was told, would be traditional Italian and had agreed to model for her. She told me she lived at the top of the house, which made it sound like she had her own apartment and it wasn't far off. She did have three rooms that were originally the attic, but since converted into living space. Her bedroom had a very old-fashioned feel to it with plenty of big chunky wooden furniture, white lace curtains, and a polished hardwood

The school bus that Monday morning was noticeably louder than usual. All the kids were talking excitedly to each other and there was only one topic of conversation. I had already listened to Daniel rattling on about it since we got up and as pleased as I was that he finally had something to cheer about, it wasn’t something that I personally felt the need to discuss with anyone. As far as I was concerned, it was just another Monday morning as I reached for my earphones in an attempt to block out

It was on the third Saturday of February that I found myself getting ready for what was to be my first ever date. I was as nervous as hell and while this must have been obvious, nobody knew the real reason for it. I had convinced myself that if I were ever going to be happy in my new life, then I would need to be straight like everybody else that I knew and this was the first step. It made perfect sense and I was certain that I was doing the right thing. With a little effort on my part, I would

I wasn’t sure why I had asked Fran out. Of course, I liked her, she was good company and we had a lot in common, but before that day, I had only ever seen her as a friend. She told me later that she had decided to date me as soon as the teacher introduced me to the class in homeroom. It was her intention from the very beginning and it had taken her four weeks to get what she wanted. I was naïve not to see it happening, believing that I had found myself a new friend. Now I wasn’t so sure tha

On Friday, I opened my locker to find another note tucked inside. It was the fourth one that week. It was printed on pink paper and had lipstick smudges in the corners, but as with the previous ones, there were no clues as to who was responsible. ‘What am I supposed to do, guess whose sending these'? When I began reading it, I understood why it wasn’t signed. This girl wasn’t interested in love or romance, she wanted sex and she wasn’t afraid to let me know. It was quite explicit; descri

You’ll get a lot of advice from people telling you not rush into things, wait for the right guy to come along, it’ll happen when you least expect it and so on. However, you have to realise that Mr Right isn’t going to come knocking at your door and there’s a big possibility that you may have to go looking for him. If you're not getting any opportunities then the chances are you're looking in the wrong places or not looking at all. If you are getting opportunities then you may be setting the bar too high. Your first time is special, but you don’t need to find the perfect guy to do it with. You don’t have to settle down for the rest of your life with him and you don’t need to be in love with him, you just need to be attracted to him and the rest will happen on its own. I’m not recommending that you start hanging around public washrooms or anything like that, there are nicer ways meet guys than that. The most important thing obviously is to make sure that you stay safe and don’t take any risks. There are a lot of nice guys out there around your age. Get to know the guy a little bit first and make sure he’s genuine. If you don’t feel right about somebody then DON’T do it. If you do feel right about somebody then the chances are you won’t be able to keep your hands off him anyway. So relax and have a bit of fun. It can be a one-night stand or someone that you’ve known for years. Even if you never see the guy again it can still be a special experience for you both. Whatever happens you're going to have to put yourself out there for him to see you. In your own time of course, but my advice is not to sit back and wait for something to happen because you could be waiting a long time.

Here's another one. Looking forward to the pics.

I spent Sunday indoors and most of it in bed. Unlike the previous week, I had no desire to venture outside and play in the snow. Daniel wanted to take me shopping for a pair of ice skates and teach me how to skate but I wasn’t up for it. I wasn’t up for much that day and I felt bad for saying no to him all the time. I knew that he enjoyed having me around and we had a lot of fun the week before. Maybe he thought that now that he had a boy close to his own age to hang around with, that it would b

On Friday afternoon, I sat on the school bus watching it gradually empty on our way home. The cute blond kid had actually smiled at me as he got up to leave, I had been watching him all week and he knew it too. I was beginning to worry in case I was starting to freak him out, so a smile was reassuring. I didn’t want him to think that I was perving on him, even if that was exactly what I was doing. I knew that there was little chance of him being gay, in fact, I was beginning to wonder if there w

Thanks once again CG for the excellent review. I always look forward to reading your reviews because you are alsways so close and obviously very good at reading into characters and plots or maybe it's just too predictable. Glad you're liking it.

Thanks Parker. I think that Mrs Oakey is in a difficult position here because even though Robbie has as good as come out to her, he has denied that there's anything going on with Tom. She still has no proof and nobody has come forward to report this. She's certain that she's right about them but it's not enough at the moment for her to be able to pull Robbie out. She would meet stiff opposition from Toms parents and run the risk of outing Robbie if she did. She was hoping for more info from Robbie than he was prepared to give. Her big mistake was when she mentioned her son which Robbie jumped on and was able to use as a way of keeping the conversation away from Tom. I think!

Thanks for the review. I've been waiting for somebody to say something about this. I was a bit scepical myself as to whether this would work or not, so I'm glad for the input. The good news is there are no more chapters that take place in the past and plenty of things happening in the future.

If anyone really needed a slice of luck it's Stefan. He's a good guy and deserves a lot better. It's difficult to see how he's going to be able to get out of the situation he's in without going to the authorities for help. Maybe he'll meet someone who can see him for who he really is, and will want to help him. This kid needs some TLC. I just wish he had been able to stand up for himself against the principle, and at least tell him what really happened in the locker room. The principle believed what he had heard, because Stefan didn't give him a reason not to. I can understand though how years of severe physical, and mental abuse can completely destroy someone and leave them unable to defend themself. A very good subject to write about and very well written. I'm gagging for some luck to come Stefan's way, please.

It felt as if I had been off school for ages, but because of the Christmas break, I only missed a couple of weeks. Now that my move to Canada had been postponed, Tom’s parents were keen for me go back. Tom told me that everyone at the school knew about my mom. Mr Jenkins had mentioned it at the last assembly before the holidays, when he gave instructions to friends of mine who wanted to attend the church service. I was sure that I was going to get a lot of attention when I walked back into schoo

Before moving to Canada, I had spent a lot of time trying to imagine what a Canadian school would be like. Not once had I ever imagined that it would be anything like Stephenson. It was difficult not to be impressed by the facilities. Admittedly, the photographs used on the school website were taken on a summer’s day before the school had even opened, which made it look bigger and brighter than it was on an overcast day in January with seven hundred plus students milling about, but it defini

There was so much that I wanted to do with him before I had to leave. I had plans. I was going to make it a month to remember. When it came time for me to leave, they were going to have to prise us apart. In just a few incredible hours, I had fallen hopelessly in love with Tom’s penis. I was already familiar with it; I had had it in my sights for a long time. However, that little bit of skin that I used to look at dangling between his legs bared no resemblance to the hot pole of muscle that

I was already awake and thinking about the day ahead before Daniel’s alarm sounded at six-fifteen. I heard him stirring then the light came on. “Robbie, it’s time to get up man.” “Yeah, I’m awake.” I stretched my arms and waited for my eyes to adjust to the light. I had been dreading this day, long before I even arrived in Canada. I got out of bed, stood up and then sat straight back down again trying to wake myself up and concentrate on what I was sure would turn out to be one of mo
