Hope no one minds - but this is one huge thank you to all who read my poem. And don't feel bad andy- i don't really get poetry either - I just wrote down what that damn little voice kept whispering to shut him up!

I like Wildone's lists but there were a couple previous suggestions i thought were really good and would love to see tucked into the lists somewhere. Ron's - Explosive member Brink's - Poster child ( somewhere in the early stages) If the love is the answer, You're home ( somewhere in the higher ranks) Mann's- I'm a big kid now ( sometime after you are out of the review system) I should own stock in this place ( in the very high ranks) My two bits. **shrugs**

I guess i am greedy - i want a world - utopia if you will - where PEOPLE can just be - be gay - be straight - be purple if that's what they want!

While i agree that any sort of negative point system - the current warning points or a dislike or whatever - should be left to the administration, I don't think it being anonymous should happen. Granted the admins don't need angry personal messages, but anonymously posting warning points or reducing rep points or any other sort of negative feedback of that nature has to be accompanied with some sort of explanation. What good does it do to tell someone they have been a bad boy or girl if they are not told what was bad about their behavior? One cannot correct something they don't know is wrong.

OK - so start writing mister! You have a lot of explaining to do between here and the epilogue! Looking forward to seeing more.

That was way more than a cliffhanger ending. Leaves me wondering if his lover ever even existed let alone how they had met. Thorn was right tho - it definitely left me with a WTF was that feeling. Now i want to know more about where he really is and why.

Not a lot of people would have gotten involved in what might or might not have been what it appeared. It was interesting to see the contrasts between the boys lives too. Well written sir. I enjoyed.

Very interesting twist. Makes me wonder what has happened in the higher level players life that makes him so unapproachable, Gotta give the new guy credit for continuing to try! Excellent portrayal of the high school mentality!

Be patient guys - things get way better - and way worse - in your 50's. The low grade pain killers become a staple on the nightstand but they are worth the highs you get on the good days! Someone give those friends of Wayne's a medal too! People like that in our lives are what make everything worth it!

Other than no longer being approved by mods, does any of these achievements do anything other than aknowlede that a large number of people liked what someone has to say in a story or other post? These all sound like fun little things to achieve, a real ego booster for the newbies, and nice to show the established authors they still have it. I don't think ( I might be mistaken) that any title gives anyone power. And we have the right to unlike someone/something we have previously liked if we change our minds.

OH PLEASE! My comment was not anti gay, nor was it political. It was simply meant to express my personal irritation with a woman i found to be a religious zealot who needs to learn that not everyone can conform to her own ideals, something a LOT of people in this world need to do. It was not a push for actual violence. I would find it hard to believe no one here has ever had the urge to haul off and strike someone behaving like she has in this story. I also would find it hard to believe any of you would actually do it. I believe the political cartoonist in my area calls it "The urge to kill". It does not mean you will actually do it. I notice the person who first suggested she be smacked upside the head was left out of this entire debacle. I did not respond to Tim's first comment about this because I did not want this nonsense to happen again. I mistakenly thought if I didn't respond the conversation would not run off on a tangent and get out of hand. Since I appear to have offended Pvt Tim publicly here in the forum, this is where i shall apologize to him. It was not nor would it ever be my intention to incite real violence and from here out i will refrain from any comment that might be taken as such. Please gentlemen let this die with my post. None of us need to irritate the mods by turning this into a political argument.

Ummm - did I totally misunderstand half of Paternity? I thought Riley's parents were Tiffany and Wade, and that Tiffs dad was the 80's terrorist - not Janine's. That would make her grandson the grandchild of the terrorist - sort of on both sides! She hasn't exactly been an angel herself even if her terrorism was one on one.

OK - First off, my apologies to Mark AGAIN. I have no clue how I changed Wade's surname that way and reviews do not give us an edit option to correct my screw up! Add stock in red remover eye drops ! Wades notification was a tad unusual and extremely insensitive! Elizabeth Dansfield a nusance? Mosquitos are a nusance too and carry diseases. Millions are spent in a futile effort to control them every year. I would hope Robbie's mother would have the sense to avoid any memorial services but i think it more likely that the "punishment for being gay" angle more likely. I can see Will being the one to smack her upside the head. Can I give him a nice baseball bat for the job? I also loved John's comment to Marie. The first thing went thru my mind was "OH, smack!" Maybe that will shock her into re-evaluating a few things. And we have seen two towers crumble in this story already. Here is hoping the family is enough reinforcement for JP.

Oh my! Now not only will the current inhabitants of Goodwell have to deal with the tragedy, but Elizabitch - i mean Elizabeth- Danvers as well. And of course once the initial shock wears off there is probably going to be survivors guilt as well. You never stop amazing me Mark, there always seems to be a new twist up your sleeve. Thank you for yet another well written chapter. You are showing us the vulnerable side of characters we seldom get to see.
