my last job in a kitchen they didn't allow visible piercing, because it was kitchen and if they fall in to food and you don't notice then there are fine coming your way. but hair had to always be short and female had to tie it back, I had long hair when I first worked there and tied it back but then I was told to get it cut I refused and I went in the next week with the same hairstyle and he fired me.

Dear all GA members, as most of you know now, I absolutely love cooking that's is one of the reasons why I became a chef. But I doesn't matter if you have had 4 years experience or 40 years experiences you still make mistakes. the other day I was making a cake for my mates birthday, it was going fine until I began to bake it. I put it in the oven and left it, as I went to do some reading and half way through my book I could smell something burning. So I made my way downstairs and was greeted by a cloud of smoke coming from the kitchen, I made my way in to the kitchen opening the front door and windows as I pass to let the smoke out, as I open the oven my eyes begin to sting as a cloud of smoke hit me directly in the face. I leave the kitchen and head outside to stop my eyes from stinging, I go back to the kitchen and was greeted by an exploded cake covering every inch of my oven. have any of you had major cooking disasters like mine please leave comments in the space below and I look forward to hearing from you. yours, scotty94

that's not true Manchester loves gays, we have the fringe festival and gay pride soon. Also the gay village is exploding with people every night if Manchester were less gay friendly the village wouldn't be so popular, Manchester is paradise for a young gay male like myself.

animals why do we as a nation love animals so much, is it because they offer us comfort and friendships, or they just make a house feel like home. the reason I love animals is they way I was brought up. I always had animals around me mostly cats and dogs with the occasional reptile and fish thrown in to the mix. I like the feeling you get when you can love something that can love you back be human or animals. due to my own experience I prefer small animals that I can pick up and play with and shoe affection to, whereas it is literally impossible to pick up a full grown stallion they more then likely pick up you. so why do you love animals comfort please leave comment and feedback in the space below all are appreciated. yours, scotty94

Dear all GA authors, I have just been reading through the thread I posted a couple of weeks agohttps://www.gayauthors.org/forums/topic/37277-a-story-by-authors/ and I can say I am happy that people will be willing to participate, the community role play sounds like a good idea and I am trying to get it of the ground and get it in motion but first I need to ask any author who is willing to get there hands dirty and help me out with this, I am a new author to the site and I am having difficulty trying to get contact with the site admin to get this project of the ground if anyone is willing to help I will be truly grateful. Please reply to the thread and I will get back to you ASAP.

I only started reading this ask an author last month and I really enjoy it I cant wait until some of my author pop up I have some questions for them.

Writers block a crime of the mind! Discovering a cure The other day I was writing, one minute words were flowing from my head the next minute a concrete wall had been built and all the words disappeared. I was a victim of writers block any journalist, authors or writers worst enemy. So I thought to myself is there a cure for writers block, and in spent a good two or three hours searching, browsing and finding nothing. I was disappointed so I gave up in the end saved my story and closed the laptop feeling sorry for myself. I wake up this morning and ideas are pouring from my head to fast for me to write them down, and I cracked it I have found a cure for writers block a good night sleep. The medicine for everything sleep ,the most natural and safest cure for anything letting the brain settle and rest after a hard days work. We sometimes forget how much we use our brain ever movement every sight, every sound our brain is on full throttle ever single second of the day and whilst we sleep the brain is resting but still working. We should appreciate our brain, and this may sound strange but give it a days break it needs it more then we need a break. yours, scotty94 06/08/2013
