  1. Stripping and dancing is Channing Tatum second nature before he became famous he was a stripping, so this stuff has all been done before but he is fit and sexy and I wouldn't mind him for a night.
  2. Come to the UK and see what ridiculous prices were paying over here, I filled up my mates car the other day and the total cost of a full tank came to £500. It a big car but still that half a month wages for some people.
  3. I couldn't find the original video for this, but this is the original audio of Peter Auty's walking in the air. Another Christmas classic for anyone from the UK not sure about the US.
  4. Christmas is on the horizon and I just wanted to start a thread and build a playlist for the upcoming festivities. Post your classic Christmas song below and links up to it on Youtube. I'll go first, Jona Lewie- Stop The Calvary:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5hVEdE0O5tA
  5. We wouldn't of made it without all the support and advice from all the site admins, and the amazing authors and there teams of editor and readers, also the members who come back everyday to bask in the GA sun.
  6. I was a newcomer to GA early last year, and in was really looking for place I could chill, make a few virtual friends and solely to read stories. I was directed to the site by a small link I spotted on another website decided to click on it and arrived. At first I though I was gonna be one of those site that exist but isn't very active but after I created an account and entered the amazing world of GA I became and addict instantly the forum lit up to me and became a place I could post my though and get involved with other people conversation, GA became a place where I wasn't going to be judged for who I was, and a place I could share things openly and freely and get an honest and heartfelt response.
  7. My Favourite story on GA is 'A Boarding Life' written by Astro which is at the moment still in process, I really like the story because it reminds me of my time at boarding school and all the fun me and my other classmates used to have together, and it takes me back to a more simpler time when I didn't have to worry about bills, money and work, the only things I had to worry about was getting my homework and prep completed and in on time and trying to avoid getting detention. Although this is my favourite story so far there are also a lot of other great story on the site, and a good selection to choose from within theme, genres and tone.
  8. I'm not sure this is gonna help but here is a book called Jack and was released decades ago back in 1990 and the short synopsis that accompanies it is as followed: Jack is the 1990 debut novel by American writer A.M. Homes, published when she was 19. It is a bildungsroman or coming-of-age novel, dealing with a 15-year-old boy's grappling with issues of divorce and sexuality in his family and among his friends. It was the author debut novel so she has no previouse work I hope this helps. Also there is a film adaption that goes by the same name, if you want to check that out as well.
  9. I'll be a participating in Nanowrimo, I want to add myself to the winners list like I did last year and I have a contemporary coming of age novel ready and waiting to go.
  10. Owls are shifter in there own way I dont need to add other forms to it, but I have started writing a story about shifters and as an original idea wolves are non existent in my story there will be fragments of shape shifter that transform in to wolves but only a minor amount.
  11. I'm a massive animal nut and I love all animals being big or small, but I especially like owls because they have and amazing defence mechanism when they feel either threatened, in danger or if another owls get to close: all your comments are appreciated.
  12. Although I do enjoy a good werewolf story thanks to wolfwriter I prefer a shifter story to most, I know werewolves come in the shifter category but shifters can also change in to any form.
  13. As the sun goes down the Frisbee's start to fly. I've never wrote flash but I might give it a go.

    Chapter 1

I'm liking the story from what I've read but I didn't understand a few of the phrases and words being from the UK myself I find it hard to understand american English, I understand why you did change it to suit the majority of the reading audience but you sort of lose the English feel to it. But keep up the good work and it look like I'll have to obtain an american English dictionary to understand these words and phrases.
  16. that time already just the other day I was checking out some of the other responses time flies.
  17. welcome aboard.
  18. Why go back I left school two years ago at the tender age of 18 and will not step foot in that building ever again, although I did like some aspects of school especially the first years in there white tight during ballet class that didn't leave much for the imagination.
  19. RIP Robin Williams.
